As advised unwisely by another channel called Nivan Dakimu where the Sadhu explains “ if anger can’t be eradicated then meditation is not for them”
Hopefully understood Sinhalese correctly!
All emotions lie until Arhath, except managed and by meditating till death in this life’s journey, uproot the defilements but emotions remain and managed when higher consciousness is active!
So to the lay not to be discouraged! Love your practical input! I have heard of the same from the other advanced meditators! Wow, this coincided with anger eradication class if any which you just mentioned !!
