This fucking music turns the calm and polite Canadians into a mob craving for blood
I thank you very much for posting this music. I am Canadian, and on the waiting line for Tax information, we hear that music while we are on hold. The recording does not tell what it is, of course, and since 3 years I was wondering about it. Today I found it thanks to your post. Thank you again.
Perfect tempo! It should be fast with room to ritard and rall in specific places :)
People have different tastes in music. This arrangement may not appeal to your taste. Anyway, thank you for listening.
I'm singing this song currently, so this piano part really helps with practice..thanks!
I'm glad I could help. Thanks for your comments!
Holy fudge. My accompanist has been holding back on the tempo, lol. I was trying to sing with this and I'm like oh crap I'm a measure behind. Anyways thanks for uploading this. It really helps :)
Nice
Clara Schumann n'était pas du tout Liszt....
Спасибо. Is it a russian slang, isn't it?
Thanks for uploading!
Here because of a music listening, it's so nice :) weirdly reminds me of liebestraum
До чего же немузыкально!!!
Beautiful arrangement by Clara, but this was quite an insensitive performance.
I'm sorry, but this is played without any "romantical" feeling. In the notes you find words like "una corda", "ritardando" - "a tempo" and letters like "p", "pp" etc. ...
This sounds more like a train passing by, than like a "Lied".

You need to get deep into the meaning of this music, imaging that very girl dreaming with her love, and singing it from the bottom of your heart. Otherwise it's impossible for your playing to sound good.
