I almost beat Mt brother to death any times not to mention the other people over done the same to when they pissed me off and gave me a reason to put my hands on them sometimes I scare myself when I fly off the handle ive worked on it more than anyone could ever belive but sometimes the smallest thing will sete off and make me want to grad the person that is closest to me and go to town ive finally gotten to the point that you can't even tell if im mad or not but the thoughts are still there
When i'm angry i have control anger hard problems I scream,i breack everything and hit the ones that make me mad and punch them Also as mad i curse a lot all time
