Not easy to achieve this without the type of glue that players usually use. If you have small hands, it is tough to relax your wrist since you have to use your fingers more aggressively to hold on tot the ball
If you do not use the glue train the finger musles a stress ball or elastics made for it also you can squeesh the ball as hard you can multiple times and release it pressure and then again
I just recently learned about the sport and am already very enthused. Sports experience: I have 18 years of track experience as a proficient sprinter, I have 12 years of baseball experience, and 5 years of basketball (as well as 3 years of ultimate frisbee and amateur volleyball) I have primarily focused on sprinting with bests of 10.69 and 21.52 for 100m and 200m, however all of my closest friends know me for my hand eye abilities. I am often called upon for moments that require finesse and dexterity. I have a high level of special awareness and I understand english/spin and how to properly anticipate movements. I feel called to reach out and get in touch with somebody! I'm 5'9" 3/4, and 165lbs. I can jump quite high and very far. I also know how to land and roll. Please give me a shot to try out! I feel it in my core. I'll literally do anything for an opportunity 🙏 You all seem so awesome and tremendously athletic!! Oh!! & I have very big hands with solid grip strength and very long arms and legs! My old training partner was 6'4 and my hip height was about 1 inch shorter that his and my wing span was nearly identical. So I've got the advantage of a lowe center of mass but the arm and leg length of a much taller athlete.
Hi there! My name is Michael Grover, and I am an explorer. Ever since I’ve been little, I’ve loved searching for new things. As a baby, my parents kept finding me in nooks and crannies around the house. “On the search” as they would say. By the age of 5, I had been to every continent on the planet, barring Antarctica. For my 12th birthday, my parents got me diving lessons, and by the time I was 13, I could scuba dive to a depth of 40 meters, as well as go cave diving. I got a pilot’s license by the age of 17, and I learned to sail just before my 18th birthday. Instead of going to university, I decided to travel around South America, exploring its rich jungles and beautiful landscapes. During my trip, I met my now wife who was also an explorer. For our honeymoon, we sailed around the Caribbean and we discovered 3 new islands which we named after the cats that I had growing up. Over the course of my life, I have come across great treasures and wondrous experiences. But in all my life, and in all my travels, I’m afraid I have never come across a single person who cared about what you just said.
They playing Handball like german teachers teach kids basketball in school, no physicality. While were over here tackling each other in the training lol
@@DanishKingpin I were talking about the part where they were throwing the ball over the goal while passing, sure it's a smart idea but using some sort of bar or just doing passes for a longer amount of time
@@rasmusjohansson9352 Yes throwing over the goal different, but if you look at penalties, a lot of them are looped over the goalie, if he is too far out Many passes are also thrown over taller player
It's an interesting exercise but I think that at an age when you are as tall as the goal, you should already have these habits. I think these basic techniques are already taught to children. I can't imagine anyone starting handball at that age. But if you do then the drills are certainly good.
I agree completely. Most Americans who start playing handball don’t start until they are older. There are not many options to play handball in USA. Respectfully Mark Ortega

Actually good drills but weird to see them play without any "stickum"

Good
Sir please left wing training skills
How did you get an arena with seats? The English league is limited to sports halls in leisure centres, and I've no clue who owns the goalposts!
There is handball clubs everywhere in Denmark, i could throw a handball when i was 6.
Shut up christie
Emma Foley She is just saying the obvious, dont need to be rude ab it
@Christa I can't. I throw it very weak
@Christa But we are here looking in how to throw hard like the average other persons.
@Christa And I wanna learn how to throw hard. Throwing the right way gives you the motion which makes you throw hard.
Thank you so much
Use your shoulder when you move the ball
where i can find that sport in new york.?
Check out New York City Handball or NY Athletic Club

Thanks for watching
how comes Americans are good doing all sports . soccer, rugby, now i see handball
I've never seen americans play handball
This video could only help someone who is really tall, so using the goal as a traning unit is a bad thing
Actually no, you will see a lot of short players still get the ball around someone much bigger then themself, it is all about the wrist
@@DanishKingpin I were talking about the part where they were throwing the ball over the goal while passing, sure it's a smart idea but using some sort of bar or just doing passes for a longer amount of time
And the guy they use as an example is not a good example, his form and just general handball skills (from what we can see) are just bad
Plus if your arm is to loose when you shoot/pass and someone even touches your arm the ball will go flying
@@rasmusjohansson9352 Yes throwing over the goal different, but if you look at penalties, a lot of them are looped over the goalie, if he is too far out
