One of my favourite episodes from the 2006-2013 era. The Costellos were a fantastic family, shame they didn't stay longer. Mind you Riley stayed behind for a while after his family left so that was a good thing I guess. :)

@@ChelseyLinden no, Carl did not deserve to die, he looked after Bobby since Riley died because Mercedes was too shit of a mother to look after him, Carl was an alcoholic and clearly he didn't get the help he needed. There was no need for him to be murdered.

Silas was a great baddie. He truly struck fear in hearts. His best moment? Probably either killing his daughetr(mistakenly sure but it was still a wtf moment) and him killing Rae. I hated him for killing Rae but I also loved the way hollyoaks did it.
Silas is the most epic baddie of Hollyoak, if out of all soaps in UK. He is still ranked as the most notorious and I love Hollyoaks approach to their storylines.
I hope they bring silas such a great character he one of my favourites

I’d like to see sumn like triumphing > adversity happen much more frequently without the loss of innocence. (AKA Sometimes the bad guys should just outright lose without dragging out a storyline).
But that would require the show writers to actually think and be creative with by coming up with shorter but far more entertaining storylines lol.

Chelsey Linden Rae was cruelly beaten by Silas in September 2011, I think he punched her a couple times and strangled her with a rope it was scary but sad
He killed Heidi by accident.
He was actually gonna kill Theresa but for some reason changed his mind and went after Rae. I know that Will killed Texas but in a way it was Silas who killed her because he mentored Will and put him on the path of being a killer.
