@@phackdy Yes, the government is very rich with big bank accounts in the banks. But most of the civilians are very poor, hungry, and with a very low education. The living conditions are awful as well. I feel so bad for a lot of my relatives, cousins, nieces, and nephews that earned Bachelor or Master Degree and could not land any job. Most of them ended up going back to the farm or to the rice field to live with their parents. A few of them landed jobs with a very low paying salary.
USA thinks and grow RICH but Laos is lost in its own world of Communism. That's why Laos is still a Third World Country. Laos is at least 300 years behind the USA in civilization. I see that Laos is moving forward but in a very slow pace like a snail. I'll talk to you later Sounthone.
