    Ingredients

    1/2 cup Cake flour (76 grams)
    1/3 cup All purpose flour (60 grams)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup white sugar
    4 egg yolks (medium to big size)
    2 tbsp cooking oil
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 tbsp calamansi juice or lemon juice (you can also use water)
    Meringue:
    4 egg whites (medium to big size)
    1/2 tsp cream of tartar
    2 tbsp white sugar
