Hello, I wanted to know if 4 sets have much effect on healing shaman? Because I can fill people's hps very late ( i was 3.6 rio in df ) so i think somethings is wrong and i dont know what
the 4p is insane Tidal Waves gives +54% crit chance to healing surge instead of +30%. Meaning you have 85-90% chance to crit it. Tidal Waves gives 36% cast time reduction instead of 20% to Healing Wave and Chain Heal. Meaning you cast it in 1.5sec and 0.7sec.
