    sir, do i've to mail physically to ECFMG office every time to take a signature from our Dean for USMLE exam STEP 1, STEP 2CK , STEP 3?

      Usually you only need to register one time, and subsequent exams can be directly registered online.

    Hi I finished MD physiology how can I work in us is it possible to get work without doing MD der again

      Unless you have a valid visa, you cannot work there based on md physio here. Either you need green card, citizenship or EAD to work there, that too your degree from here in India (physio) will not be valid there.

    I graduated in 2019, internship in 2020, and then put two years in neet pg preparation, with four months of JRship in between. I will be joining residency now, but can I prepare for USMLE? Or will gap years after graduation affect my chances?

      @@krushnavirda For few branches (CTVS, Radiology) it is there as far as I know. For medicine, you can get less popular fellowship like nephro or geriatric before residency, but you cannot get independent practice license without residency. You can do that in reverse as well. Fellowship --> Residency --> Practice.

    Sir If join permitted seat in md medicine..and if won’t get recognized in 3yrs ..will it effect in any way if I want to write Usmle after my md residency and settle in abroad ??

      USMLE, ECFMG, and ERAS recognises postgraduation from home country as "work expereience", you can write explicitly about residency in the match application, but it wouldn't matter whether it is recognised or not. They care about your medical school (MBBS) recognition though.
