    I didn't expect a milanese strap would fit the watch styling well, until I watch this video

      It really does take on quite a few different straps well.

    You put so much effort into this video, masterfully done! And that's also a really cool pink strap! I wish fun strap colors would become more popular because a pink strap like that almost compels people to ask you about what you're wearing and I think it adds tremendous personality.

      Thanks Joey. Its quite an enjoyable process. And you're right, it would increase the possibility. Though I think no one has ever asked me what I'm wearing before 🤣.

    Beautiful watch, I owned the white version. Sold it because of the crystal and loud rotor and the ghost date in mine. Still one of the most legible and clean designed watch ever.

    Simple and functional. Classic design. I’ll own the white dial one day hopefully 🤞

    Great review. I like how you juxtapose a watch, of man made design, with nature's green scenery. The shot with the ants was really cool.

      @@Sunfade38 interesting story there. He said he actually changed the glass before (only knew after I made the video). So I passed him some polywatch to see if it works. Then we were distracted but was suppose to meet up see the changes. But I've the feeling it's probably mineral crystal.

    I love this watch so much design wise. But wondering if it's too small. I have a 7 inch wrist and usually prefer 40mm diameter. Lug to lug of 40 is perhaps too small 😞

    • @adrianchoo337
      @adrianchoo337  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah it's a very good design. I think it's really up to personal taste when it comes to watch sizes. I personally think that it's ok even for a 7 inch wrist but of course again everyone is different 🙂

      This 38mm watch wears very big for a dress watch. I have a just over 7 inch wrist and I am planning on buying the 34mm one. Just search on Instagram for pictures on both models.

    Max Bill did not design the Chronoscope. It was inspired by his design but not designed by him. Also the hand winding (featured here noticeable because of the word 'Design' on the dial) originally and currently is made in 34mm, but the automatic was made originally in 36mm. Those original models are very hard to find now, especially in good condition as most collectors have snapped them up. The Max Bill range was only resurrected around 1998/9 by Junghans, and changed around 2007 with a the hands having full length lume and the back having additional screws . Prior to this the lume was only on the last half of the hands and the back was snap on. These earlier models also had straight ETA movements and the newer having Junghans modified ETA and now Sellita. Since 2020 Sapphire is an option (you can send your watch back to Junghans and they will fit a new sapphire glass) and currently models come with it as standard if you choose.

    First time in this channel. Junghans is relatively unknown in Malaysia. Just got the Form A as a dress watch. No chance to wear it though since its MCO

    It is just painful to see that some of the models don't have a sapphire crystal. I would go for quartz movement with sapphire crystal.

    • @adrianchoo337
      @adrianchoo337  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there if it's sicralan coated it's quite impossible as it will just rub off the coating and smudge the whole watch. Would have to change it.
