Now in August 2018 the clock tower is being dismantled and the whole clock tower is being refurbished and renovated. Only one face of the clock tower is available now for the remaining time of refurbishment until 2021.

That is the mechanical part of the clock, the actual chiming bells are further up, when you watch Dan further on in the clip, when he is standing next to Big Ben, the four chiming quarter bells are around it.
Maybe its a silly question but: Who winds it up? What powers and powered the movement? Are there gigantic weights? Are there huge main springs, electric motors. Is it nuclear powered?
