بندہ قابل ہو تو ہو ہی نہیں سکتا کہ وہ کامیاب نہ ہو۔اور جب بندہ قابل نہیں ہے تو reasons دلائل اور بہانے کم نہیں ہوتے۔آج تک انگور کسی کے میٹھے نہیں ہوئے۔ہر انسان میں کچھ خوبیاں پیدائشی ہوتی ہیں لیکن یہ کسی ایک خوبی کا امتحان نہیں یہاں بہت سی خوبیاں دیکھی جاتی ہیں۔اور یہ ساری adaptive ہوتی ہیں آپ ماں کی گود سے لے کرنہیں آئے ہوتے۔دو تین خوبیاں ہو سکتی ہیں وراثت سے ہوں باقی تو develop کرنی ہیں نا۔نیت مجنت اور کام کام۔کام dedication احساس ذمہ داری کردار قیادت یہ پوری شخصیت کا حصہ ہوں اداکاری تو وہاں نہیں چلے گی ۔
کہ ہم کہیں پانچ دن کے لئے اخلاق والے بن جاتے ہیں بعد میں پھر وہی بن جائیں گے۔کہا جاتا ہے کی دونمبری چلتی نہیں ہے ۔جو بھی ہو جائے جلد ہی سچ سامنے آ جاتا ہے۔ذاتیات پر نہ لیا جائے چیزوں کو۔

Assalamualaikum sir please also discuss about PAF(CAE and GDP) and NAVY as in most of the videos the questions that are asked are related to PMA standards.please also discuss the standards related to PAF(Asghar Khan Academy,Risalpur) for aeronautical engineers and GDP.

ISSB is same for all the three services i.e. Army, Navy and PAF. There is no major change in any of the tests.

@@nationalleadershipdevelopm2652 No Sir I'm saying that what is important for an aeronautical engineer and GDP as in the videos Sir is linking the answers to an army officer e.g. an army officer must have to be an analyzer,best commander(as he is going to command the platoon,battalion),etc. But what qualities must be necessary for an aeronautical engineer and GDP.As unlike army the AIRFORCE officers will have to go through to learn sophisticated and modern equipments instead of commanding a platoon or a battalion in the battlefeid.Thanks......

@@amnaaslam1970 for GDP you must be good in map reading..analysing and most importantly physics and quick decision making......and also maths....but ISSB criteria is mostly same no matter GDP or an army officer...
