If anyone wants a similar fit but w/ a more padding in the neck of the boot look at VNLA a la mode or Luna's or parfait . I tried all of these on ( boardwalk , reidell orbit , moxi Lolly and bunny ) and I ended up w/ VNLA just because of the extra support in the ankle yet suede BUT it is a preference thing we all have different feet and need so just tossing out more options.
Thank you! I am NOT a fan of these skates AT ALL (I go in depth as to why in my comparison of these skates with the Lollies) and other options for viewers is greatly welcome! I'll have to check them out myself some day! ❤
@@MizBoheMia I agree ! It comes down to folks feet and ankle support desires for newbies ! Plus if you want to invest more up front or later and how you use skates !! It is good to get opinions !!! It helps
@@KS-op5hb Definitely helps! I'm curious as to whether you've tried the Moxi Lolly? I am OBSESSED with that boot! It's the dream boot for my feet and needs!
@@MizBoheMia I did try Lolly it is lovely. !!! Not enough support In the ankle for me as a newer skater though . I can see getting those in like 2 years though !!! For now I need a stiffer yet padded ankle. Luna by VNLA is hood for my less complicated newbie meds . In the sure grip line the fame boot also had great ankle support unlike boardwalk but only came in leather not suede . Again folks just opinions - pick whatever works for you !!!

Just got my first pair of boardwalks in black. I appreciate this video because I would have just grabbed and rolled not knowing the proper adjustments to make and things to check first.
