Our courts are still paying the price for hanging Bhutto, they have to carry this baggage for ever. So what Faisal Ch. is saying is very logical that our higher judiciary will never venture to disqualify IK on comparatively a minor objectionable speech. If they do so, they will be blamed for accepting the pressure from govt. and establishment. Moreover, the public reaction will be very severe. As Kashif Abbasi has said, the time has changed. The news of Terrorist case against IK has taken the international media by storm, so much so the UNO and State Deptt. could not ignore it. The judiciary does not act in vacuum, they feel the public pulse in such highly politicized cases. IK should not apologize for what he has said because what he said was not against the sanctity of our judiciary.

The today's debate was contained very very, current affairs and a superior view of Marya Memon and Faisal Choudhry, provided clarity about the fraud cases by PMLN against IMRAN KHAN. As we are observing court decisions, have no clue why Higher Court judges are interested to move further against IMRAN KHAN for the statement made with reference to Shahbaz Gill case, reportedly torture taken place by the police. My question to High Court judge is if his child came in crying complaining someone use criminal force, what reaction will be on child cry, He will picked up phone and call the police for inquiry and action. IMRAN KHAN for the party of millions members is a father has the same reaction as u do for one son.
