Thank you! I'm looking for an alternative way to establish access rules for the SQL Server. Currently, we do this through the Firewall, based on IP addresses.
In addition you can Configure SQL Server to require encrypted connections(Use SSL certificates). Also restrict access based on subnets within your network.
