How to convert fluorescent light to LED

No more ballast! I am a D.I.Y. homeowner and I will show you how I converted my 4' fluorescent light to LED with only a pair of cutters, wire trimmers and a couple wire nuts. That's all I needed.
If your set up looks like mine it can be done very simply.

I converted all the fixtures in our church to this type of LED bulb several years ago. Recently, I needed to replace some bulbs but could not find the brand so, I called the manufacturer and they don't make them anymore. They told me to just buy any ballast replaced bulb. So. I did. Twisted in the new ones and flipped the switch. Popped the breaker. Did some research and found that the new bulbs had to be wired at both ends. So now I have to do some rewiring.

Why remove the ballast? Just disconnect and leave it there. Yes, do label properly the next guy.
