Aerith healing with fairy tale main and sun umbrella sub, tifa with her new outfit and ob6 guide gloves on main hand and leather gloves sub, and cloud with ob6 maritime sword on main hand and buster sword on sub. Forgot to equip healing esuna and, even so, didn't have any problems killing dragon. Since i got the defense bonus choices he did really small damage and it was pretty easy to outheal his poison. I don't have any outfits for Aerith, but she had 2,265 healing power fot this run. Got S+ on first try following your guide!!
Man, I went from getting clapped by the giant to S+. Much appreciated, man. For those who use different units, Matt with Prime Number (healing) and Slick Beetle (patk down) and Barrett with W Machine (pdef down) and Assault Gun (pdef up) alongside your main physical DPS do the Tifa/Aerith job decently well.
I watch all your guides Payne! I tend to watch multiple different guides for dungeons just to see what other people use and what score they end up with. To me, it's nice to see different ways of beating content in this game and trying to use that knowledge to make my own runs. This game is very forgiving when it comes to different party set-ups. I just ran both of the VH dungeons a couple days ago. I used Tifa, Barrett, and Aerith. Tifa was main DPS since I have her new outfit and OB5 gloves. Barrett was my sub DPS with HH at OB10+1, and whatever weapon that does Agitation I forget what it is lol. and obviously Aerith with Sunbrella OB6, Esuna, and Debrave. I went Specimen, then Rufus, then Behemoth. I took the Phys att +30%, Patt Buff +30secs(Iron Giant), Pdef +30secs buff(Specimen), Phys att +30%, Phys def -40%(Behemoth), Phys def +60%, Healing pot +30%(Rufus) . So my end buffs were like +20% Phys def, 60% phys attack, 30% heal pot and the Pdef Buff. The Green Dragon is no joke! But I ended with a score of about 865k.
I have a number of high-level weapons and outfits for Cloud, but not any of Zidane's. Is there a non-FFIX alternative to Zidane Cloud that someone could recommend for this Dungeon?
@@paklaselt2198 I've got a 13-star Mad Bull (Glenn) that deals 780% Physical Non-elemental damage per 4 stamina bars, but only a 5-star Apocalypse that deals 500% Physical Non-elemental damage per four stamina bars. I'm working on substituting Cloud with Glenn for this fight. I got an A+ like that so far.
@@paklaselt2198 I finally S+ Ranked it with Glenn instead of Cloud! The big trick was, I had to give Ruinra and Ruinra Blow X and O to every single member of my party, including Aerith, which meant replacing her 4-star Cura and leaving only her 4-star Esuna Poison. Thank you and Payneblade for helping me out.
I actually had Aerith go down on my first run to the second mob. I was so mad cause I was set for a complete run lol. Those mobs are no joke! Second time around, I actually fought the second mob after Rufus, and then went back to fight Behemoth.
I arrived at the boss with cloud built fire but with apcalyplse as a second weapon, with zack with his dress as physyc ability and aerith, unfortunately I didn't bring the circular seal and he killed me🥲
all the main ff7 ever crisis steamers, should do some sort of challenge, like who could reach the furthest in the tower in a set number of days, that might be some fun content to watch XD. Anyway keep up the great content bro.

I think Apocalypse is our only other option. Every single video guide I've seen is using the FF9 Cloud Sword.
