I think that's what this show is. Artists singing/rewriting each others' songs. We have it in Germany as well, it's called "Sing meinen Song" (Sing my song) but I lowkey love the Swedish title of the show "so mycket bättre" (So much better)^^ That subtle shade, I love it.
