Hello aiya is it compulsory to have a copy of our rent agreement when obtaining SIN number? I will be staying in an airbnb in my first month after coming to Canada, so does it mean I wont be able to get my SIN until I find a long term rental space?
No, you can provide your temporary airbnb booking details if they ask you. Sometimes they ask you where you live, so it would be better to have that document. ☺️

I am not familiar with Ontario licenses. But here in Alberta, you can have either the driver’s license or the provincial ID. You cannot have both. So it would be better to get the driver’s license. And the grade of the license depends on your experience in driving in Canada. So when you pass your knowledge test and the trial, anyone will get the normal license. For advanced or other license types, there are specifi requirements, you can check on the Ontario drivers license webpage
