For the specific oki at 0:05 you can see it was a Hammer Fall hkd on backdash recovery
This is important because it made the Hammer Fall hit airborne, forcing a few extra frames of delay in order to get oki with Garuda
On Grounded Hit it practically always let's you use kGaruda as soon as possible, so being able to make distinctions out of air hit and ground hit is important for Hammer Fall
