Well, most people in Muslim countries do wear "western" clothing...even most young women in hijab will wear jeans. I don't think it should be called "western" clothing, but rather, modern clothing. Non-Muslim people in Eastern cultures also wear it...so it has nothing to do with wanting to be like the West.

Did you look into their hearts to see if they stopped their music due to Iman or not?... I don't know what it is with some other Muslims belittling the taqwa or iman of the Turks. Just leave them be. They are still Muslims, many pray 5 daily prayers, not all their women wear hijab or hardly any of their men wear Arab style thawbs or their old style clothing, but they all still call on Allah SWT for taubah and guidance like we do.. Think the best of your brothers and sisters regardless of their race or nationality or colour, and not the worst.. How are we meant to be an ummah if we all make takfir on each other and assume we know the unknown like this?
