Patapos na summer 2018 yun eh. Im out of nowhere. Di ko alam saan ako dadalhin ng mga paa ko. I want to escape reality. I felt unlove and worthless person. Stress sa break up, sa buhay , atbp ka shtan ng mundo. And i hopped in a bus at habang binabaybay ang daan, nakikita ko yung takipsilim sa karagatan at this song playing... and ayon natulala ako and keeping my tears from falling kakahiya umiyak nasa bus haha pero 2:35 sa music ayun! Di ko na talaga napigilan. Humahagolhol ako sa pag iyak. Nabigla ung katabi ko. Pero sge pa din yung pagtulo ng luha ko. At parang may nag tatap sa likod ko pero sure ako hindi yung katabi ko or nsa likuran ko or baka sila nga and i feel relieve and calm. Gumaan bigla yung nararamdaman ko. Baka si God yun. And siya pala yung nakalimutan ko sa mga panahon na yun. Not knowing na naghinhintay lang siya para kausapin ko. So kapag hindi nyo na kaya ang buhay, listen to this song and call his name. Kausapin nyo siya,nakikinig siya pramis! And now okay na okay na ako. Marami mang kamalian ang nagawa ko i have still more reason to do things na maitatama ko.

This was the first ever song of Ben & Ben that I heard. Way back when they still called themselves The Benjamins. Sobrang long ago na hindi ko na rin maalala kung sino nagsend saken ng kantang to. Tapos after a few years I met someone who knew about them too and she said she was working with them to re-create their brand and re-introduce the band as Ben & Ben..after meeting that person..sumikat na ang Ben & Ben and everyone knows about them na....but I will always remember this song
Yeees, and they played this song on their very first gig on Saguijo. Its a crowd fundraising for Coeli's music video 'Magkaibigan o Magka-ibigan.
Gabrayel Bungay was their 1st gig ever as a band held in Saguijo? That place is literally a few blocks away from where I live. 🥺

It's been three years since I opened this tab and listened to this.
This was recommended to me by a friend (a not so close friend but I do really know him). He called this 'the anti-suicide song'. Althroughout our session, he was jolly. In his eyes and smiles, there's no trace of pain and struggles but he took his life 2 years ago. I didn't believe in this song anymore, i lose faith in it. But today I'll try to believe again and try to live.

Every time I listen to this song, I always remember all the things that had happened to me. From my Dad and Mom passing away, pressures on nurturing my lil' sis, to my unfortunate decisions in life, which it always get me back on track whenever I get tired and feed up. It keeps me grounded and give me energy to continue to do what I truly love. It's also my song for my almost 3 years crush. Until now, he doesn't know I caught feelings for him. I don't intend to make him know this. I just want to emphasise how this song is meaningful to me. He's genuinely happy now and he deserves that happiness he always longed for. I am contently, truly grateful to have him.
I currently am lost and in dire need for resolution and redemption. It's uncanny, I recommended this song to someone so dear to me when she was having troubles and worries in coping with life, and now, I feel what she had felt, now that she's moved on, and I'm left behind. Here's to finding the "Dahilan" behind what we truly feel, as we step a foot forward to the path of recovery. Here's to finding ourselves in this war called life. Thanks, Ben&Ben, you were always there reciprocating every feeling i had as i progress forward. Here's to moving on, and moving forward. :>

i have a friend, shes not very good at conversing with others and has some major trust issues, i have a major crush on her and id text her from time to time but to be honest here replies are half assed XD, but as time went by we got closer, even irl, we'd spend more time together and she started letting down her guard, then one day i noticed that she wasn't doing too well so i asked her whats wrong and she said that it was usual problems she faces, I've listened to them before and whenever she'd rant id say the same stuff but this time was different, I've ran out of words to comfort her so i offered her a virtual hug, and that short conversation felt like eternity and every time i back read it i wish that i could relive that moment.
don't be scared to make a move, it may or may not be interpreted by the person the way you want it to be but believe me the outcome will make you want to relive it 3000 times :3
