Consider placing fuel on your builds that have the highest survivability in practice. Such builds make it more likely you’ll survive the match to get the fuel bonus. A suicidal build, like a spear build, won’t normally be able to survive to receive fuel. Also, consider upgrading your fuel tank for durability or damage mitigation. You can also opt to leave the barrel and only bring the tank, as the barrel has much less durability and will pop more easily.
Risk/Reward isn't work though? I'll carry at least one barrel next to my generator and be just fine sniping with torrino+triple equalizers and targeting weapons to soften up the opponent. Pretty fun to me, a little more with the added risk for greater reward.
This video reminds me of some YT Cold Fire videos. I love it when ppl include a little bit of data, research or something than just gameplay. This video is GOLD for me. (been playing XO for... 6 years?)
there is a 3rd metod, attach them to inside of a part and when the part is destroyed , the barrel simple fall and vanishes with no explosion. better than these two but requires building experience to work it out
I’d like to share a third method for hiding the fuel barrels safely. Just by attaching it to the inside of a single large part of your build, the fuel tank doesn’t explode when the part gets shot off and it is kinda combined of both your methods. I love your videos, probably the best ones for XO. Keep going!
Another piece of information that might be helpful: if you embed your fuel tank and barrel into your frame (underneath your build) it will almost never get hit. The only time someone will ever have an opportunity to shoot and your underside is if you flip your vehicle while enemies are around, at which point you're already dead either way.
I usually use a method which hides the fuel behind some armor, but I make sure it is only connected to that one particular structure piece, so that the fuel drops off harmlessly from the build when the armor is destroyed.
I've got some builds that sport a double armored cargo section, usually below and behind my bastion cabin that I'll use for ranged support like a missile bruiser or artillery. If we lose, I'm toast anyways, and, barring a sneaky pete, I'll be the last to go. So I'll tuck fuel barrels by the generator, in for a penny, in for a pound. Guard that up with chassis, double layer armor and chunky wheels or tracks and they'll usually survive since the backend is 5+ layers thick of components and armor layers. Best way I've seen to use things like Heather: don't start blasting right away, don't give yourself away. Let them get cozy in a moshpit and then slap them while they're swarming your buddy. So usually you'll target your buddy to free them up with the splash and pop 3+ opponents in one go. Don't fire until they're all doing a turn and burn on one spot.
Other pros of adding fuel tanks are: -Suicidal blast move deals more dmg (usefull in case of a defeat or degunned) -In the back it serves as a back shield and may even deal some dmg if the enemy gets too close (in a hover it may even degun some builds) -And finaly but not that relevant, as with many other parts, concentrating the weigth on a lower center of gravity helps with stability and colisions so you can stay on the ground (you can just put it instead of a jack!).
If you put commons on your car - I like to stack around 5-8 radios - you get more scrap each battle, this has existed for years, but I do it about 70 times in 100 games and it gets you over 30 if you do well in battle
1st method to minimize risk advanced attach your fuel to a part with less hp that's placed somehow in the front where can get dmg-ed meaning it will fall of building without exploding
Another well thought out and investigated video, your time and effort is appreciated. Though I play the game a little most of my $$ is made from savvy trade deals and crafting purples.
That is very true. However, I would also contend that the amount of players who watch my videos compared to the total number of players is relatively small and someone should benefit from this information, so why not you? 🙂
😅 not many fuel farming with these p2p out there blasting away with huge powerful guns however me being a noob I'm farming and it works for me I just bout 2 epics fuel farming
It doesn't matter in XO because the devs will always nerf the value of things themselves artificially. Some 2-3 years ago when they introduced time-limitations on posting purple and legendary items on the market a lot of us noticed drops in value which could not be statistically possible without interference. It was especially true with Legendaries back then as most of us understood the minimum worth of most of those items.
@@TCS23 Ye good point. It's also good to stockpile and wait to see when the Market sells them for the best prices. Because it's a Russian game I noticed most things sell higher late evening / early morning.
One effective strategy is to paint the barrels red and players would not only be able to not tell what it is, but also be a lot less inclined to shoot it.
It's so satisfying knowing i can do my builds, win a majority of my games a lot as MVP whilst also gaining the fuel. I once had a build where there was just the fuel tank and not the barrel and it actually annoyed me knowing I was missing out on the 5 fuel! If you have a fast or stealth build you can also mount them in front of you vehicle and they will sometimes explode on collision so you get a free lance!
Ngl its infuriating to look for crossout guides and find random videos... this channel is genuinely so hard to find yet it has the best guides (radar guide for exemple)
@@TCS23 I don't do it with the intent to farm fuel. If I get fuel on a mission, then great. If not, no big deal. The only time I will is to complete a fuel challenge.
It doesn't matter what you do to manipulate the market in Crossout. The devs will cut your profits. They have bots trading with unlimited funds, with a full and instant scope of the market. They literally own the market, AND every player's holdings, WITH AI support, AND they can manipulate prices with item nerfs/boosts with every update. You can't compete with that. You can compete with players all day... but if they see you're holding on to any particular advantage for any length of time, they'll either nerf your holdings to oblivion, or they'll bait your trades until they have you cornered on a particular item, THEN nerf your holdings to oblivion.
Once i tried to buy all of some white part, i dont remember which one. I started buying and buying and then ,when the sell orders became 2 , I was eager to see what will happen. The next moment when i bought the "last" two and the page refreshed there were another 2 sell orders. I though that at that exact moment mine and some other person's orders have matched ... i bought these two amd anotjer two emerged from nowhere... and then after the 5th time i realised that this is a perpetual act. Nothing like a player - driven market at all.
I spent 24 hours trading and got to know the system VERY well . The system is 100% rigged to stop you making too much . I think the bot programme is called arbitor... or arbiter . 1 of the two . . Crossout are lying scammers and its theft of real money used to buy in game currency
I never used to put fuel barrels in, but now days I feel its a no brainer. I have about 2 or 3 fuel farmer builds one of them is with 3 Emily's which I enjoy that build. I play for fun and just see what I can get. I try to only use them though with weapons that dont require loads modules that get in way or beef up the ps too much, which is why I love the Emily's free ammo. Nice video dude.
I think it depends on your build, how you feel (I.e. just wanting to play with a glass cannon build = fuel tank nono), how much you have stockpiled already and if you need coin. Targem certainly make it as hard as possible to earn it without coin packs or a premium sub. I would argue though that the yearly sub was worth it when it was on discount.
In defense of the players who DON'T run the fuel tanks - Normal raids for plastids can earn you 7 coins of profit per run. 10 coins for first 5 games each day in which you got the 200 free fuel. This means you get some 50 coins on daily basis just by logging in every day and playing 5 PVE matches and selling plastids on the market. Some mission types of these raids award more than others, but on average you should expect 25 per run which you need 4 of to sell plastids at bundles of 100 units, currently for 40 coins. Not certain how long can the PVE get compared to PVP as mission types vary, but it seems PVE is much more worthwhile even if you don't have any stockpile of fuel and have to pay for it. Putting the information from the video and my research on PVE profitability into perspective - You earn 1.6 coins in PVP from scrap and another 1.05 coins on the fuel, but assuming 100% winrate and survivability seems just ridiculous so let's say you are really good, have a squad to do these runs with and you get to 70% winrate with 70% survivability of those wins. That turns the profit into 0.5 coin per match... So to sum it up: * *10* coins for plastids run with the free daily fuel. * *7* coins per plastids run with paid for fuel. * *3,6* coins per run of the current time limited Spring Mayhem event (assuming 70% winrate and ignoring the league rewards). * *2,1* coins per PVP Scrap run if running fuel tanks. * *1,6* coins per PVP Scrap run if you are not running fuel tanks. In the end it really doesn't matter much as you shouldn't rely on the fuel from the fuel tanks as you main source of profit and it might be better focusing on your winrate by lowering PS as much as possible since if you struggle on coins you are very likely newer player where in 2000-3000 PS some +200 PS makes a noticeable difference compared to 7000-8000 PS let's say. Run the fuel if you want, but you should not look at the Scrap PVP or any of the other game modes with these basic resources for coin profit if you want to grind. In fact it's better not to as the main reward from these PVP missions is in the Challenges which require you to win games and the fuel especially in low PS builds can lower that winrate and waste more of your time on these games that you could have spent grinding coins in PVE.
7:03 strategic error. Alway hide the more fragile fuel barrel behind the big one. This way they dont juste have to shoot thé small to make both explode. Bonus point is just adding a single armor to the small barrel for exemple the basic wheel protective part, it hide and protect quite well. This + the fact that no one care to shot far back barrels = optimal for most builds. And if You play with décorations You can Also use them to protect small barrel instead. Another gréât thing to do is bringing a Doppler. This increase your win rate Because help all radar less teammates. A small avantage for 8 peoples is a significative bonus Also, play back. To survive and get your fuels. Unfortunately It’s kinda boring gameplay But Thats the best money per hour free to play method who dont involve market flips
If you play a lot of raids in the normal or hard category it's worth it to build up your fuel , I run either the 5 or the 10 on some builds 15 is the max you can get now by running both types together but alot of player's run naked builds to max the mass to durability and pw score everything is pretty much tied tight in crossout it takes alot of hours of play to build up just save until you have a 4 or 5 thousand and then start selling it time to time it's not going to be a fast fix for coins nothing is on the game, just like the appearance parts you can turn them into resources but for the legendary you will get about $320 worth of resources to buy one under $300 is very rare you will only make about $5 profit as tight as the cost is so if you want to make coin make a good build with a open frame put a tank on it with best placement you can have a good team save up scrap or wire to the point you can sell by 1000 and you can make $100 to 200 coins a day according to how much you play and every battle you make it through you get a extra 5 to 15 fuel but I seriously don't think anyone is going to make over $300 a day unless you just live on the game and win every match... buying higher price parts and being patient watching the market prices and you can make a quick profits like buy several of Gremlins for example at the lowest price you can and wait, watch and when they go up a 100+ coins you can sell them all for a profit at once even play both sides of the market to make them go up in price lol.
dude ok your video is good and informative but your miniature have a clickbait - there are like 3-4 fuel tanks there and that can lead to think (to new players) like i did, that u can use multiple fuel tanks (more than 2) so its not nice
My apologies, that wasn't my intention. I was having fun with Photoshop and I figured having a truck load of gold fuel barrels would convey the idea that there is great value in equipping fuel.
If everybody agreed to at least "try" not shoot eachothers (visible) barrels, fuel prices would plummit. Wishful thinking, I know.. but it'd work for sure. People who've hoarded over the years won't be affected as much, but it'd bring more people into pvp. If they know there's better potential for profits, they'd be more willing to regularly play pvp and not just pve bots.
i allways try to put upgraded blue fuel tank, even in 13000Ps battles, but fuel barrel i use rarely in low PS battles, but using only 1 big fuel tank in every battle i have more fuel then i need to do all pve weekly challenges
I think the bracket has alot to do with it as well. Early game everything is close combat so not really worth it, once you get some ranged weapons it becomes more feasible.
I personally still equip fuel on my build. But like I mentioned in the video, you have to survive with the fuel intact AND you have to win the match in order to earn that fuel.
Fuel before was 30 coin per 100. Now when it's 4 coins, it's worth less than scrap. Not worth farming anymore. You will play worse in a higher PS with a worse build if you farm fuel. Not worth. You lose out on scrap gains thus not gaining anything.
Would it be a good idea to try fuze the large tank out of an event or should I wait until a fuze event? It may be worth a try seeing these figures as the need for rarer materials is finally here. I usually only play PVE as this game is my chill-out game but am willing to try against normal players, I noticed they end up hopping into OP super fuzed GL/Cauc builds after I win a few rounds and have to go back to PVE to avoid the russian sweat and salt.
Pretty cool, I always have a barrel and a tank underneath my builds, although, I seem to lose quite frequently, either it's something I'm doing wrong, or it's a fault in my "build style" if you could call it that. My build is uses two 88mm Executioner guns on the roof of a Jawbreaker cabin, the running gear is Scavenger tank tracks, and the fuel barrel and tank is located down the middle of the chassis under the cabin, with those I also add two small ammo boxes to cater for the 88mm guns hefty need for shells... I guess you could call my common design a... box? Anyways, I like it a lot, however it doesn't do well in PvP games, In raids it's very good, but I can't see what I'm doing wrong, any suggestions?
With tank tracks, your biggest weakness is lack of speed and most seasoned players know to target them. If you don't want to change those out for faster movement parts then I would suggest always sticking by the bulk of your teammates. You can also try adding a Maxwell radar with a radio, or just a Doppler radar as these will show enemies on your mini map that are behind cover. I hope that helps! 🙂
I have played XO since 2015 in it's super early days until lvl 5 then left it for 2 years and came back in 2017 I might have got the years wrong as it states it was released in 2017 on Steam) but it was never officially released as a completed game. I once asked a GM when will it be officially released and they replied _"When it's version 1.1.11something"_ which it never was during my play years and also indicated no real plans for mass market only short term bit-by-bit egregious monetization. REALLY disappointing they didn't care enough about fostering good reputation and quality over money. Anyway I played it until 2022 when I got...erm....perma chat banned lol (Some of the GMs (not all) in that game are on real big power trips). OMG I need to shut up about my bad experiences lol. ANYWAY: Part II: Your video is REALLY quite excellent! I have watched many and I only have one criticism. You did indeed explain equipping one normal fuel barrel and one higher quality one but in the garage your small basic truck has 6. I think this might confuse some beginners into thinking more of the same type equals more fuel. That's all. Nice work on the maths too.
@@Jizzlewobbwtfcus Hey J wobb, thanks for the feedback. I agree with you that a truck full of fuel barrels can be misinterpreted as more fuel. 😏 I was taking tips from video creators at the time and it was a way of providing ad appeal. I haven't posted any content since then so I will likely try other methods when I get back to it again. 🙂
Informative video, but u forgot one important thing about fuel barrels. It's also increase your power score. Also, can you please make an experiment about a self destruct + fuel barrel combo? Fuel barrels can boost self dest. dmg or not? :D That would be an interesting topic.
Adding both Fuel modules only increases your Power Score by 171 points, so in terms of matchmaking it's not that different. As for a Fuel/SD combo build, I'll test it out and see what becomes of it. 🙂
@@Interweblurker I think that's kind of subjective, since there are a lot of factors that influence the outcome of matches. I would say to work with what you've got in terms of parts and weapons and keep track of which builds you perform better with. I seem to do best in the 8-10k power score range.
Correct me if i'm wrong here, but didn't your calculations for % profit increase per match assume that you won every match without being destroyed? If so then that would possibly quarter these bonus earnings. Still worth it imo, but just not nearly as effective
I was really just calculating the difference between what your winning base rewards are per match vs. adding fuel value to those base rewards. Of course, you are not always going to win every match, but you can potentially double your profit when you do win.
Honestly, I've only used them sparingly so I don't have a firm opinion. I do know they can be pretty devastating when they hit the right spots though. 💥👀
Im on pc atm not my console account, but im playing pc im wondering how can i get more coins i see your video and it helps, im level 17 right. But when I add 10 barrels of regular fuel and I go to battle, why the hell I wins a battle and only gets 5 fuel instead of more???
The note "Does not stack" means you gain no benefit for more than one, like generators. 1barrel is 5gal. 5barrels is still 5gal. Only work around is what he shows one barrel at 5, and one tank with 10 giving 15.
Since PvP is absolute hell since metabuilds kill my car. Raids are my best option for leveling up & profit through plastics on my powerscore. I don't play daily, so I've got no reason for extra fuel.
Dangerously incompetent did a video showing how you can exchange 100k engi badges for a relic, it becomes available once you have 100k badges. He was going to wait and see if the available relic changes, but it's been ages and he never did a follow-up. Is this something you can investigate? I'd ask him, but sadly he leaves his comments turned off. Always enjoy your content, thanks for what you do bro.
I'm pretty sure that was an April fools joke. I agree about his comments being turned off though, it's a bummer we can't interact with him easier. He does have a Discord channel if you really want to contact him: discord.gg/ys4cHcmn
@@dinosaursrule2276 All good I almost got sucked in as well, then I checked Targem's greed ideology and the date (April 1st) and realized the deception. Targem wouldn't just give relics away even after a momentously ridiculous grind its not their jewgoblin way.
On my PC account I've already obtained most of the legendaries and epics I want, and I have no plans to own a relic weapon, so the putting barrels on my build makes less sense. Especially because I like making super compact tank builds. But on my Playstation account I always put fuel barrels on because I'm barely pushing 4k at this point. Very early game. I have a set of fused sledgehammers and a pair of small tracks, and thats it. But rather than selling the fuel, I use it to earn plastics. I'm wondering if this is worth it. If I'm averaging 20 plastics per raid, I can get 2-2.5 times the coin amount of the fuel in plastics. But this requires completeing normal raids which are a greater time investment. Is it a better time investment than just grinding fuel and scrap? I guess I'd have to track my playtimes and do an average to find out.
I have a video on my channel that might help you decide what is more worth your time. It's from 2021 but the content is still relevant to your question. Best ways to earn FREE money in Crossout: th-cam.com/video/tGGA6IjLXr4/w-d-xo.html I plan on making an updated version at some point.
Yes... i spent alot of time figuring out the most profit for time spent and plastic raids are the best for fun . But endlessly grinding patrol is totally free and almost a guaranteed win every time
Ok then can i ask what's the point of it when every match i get in to Cross out i get put up against people with a vehical 3 times the size of my truck and me shoting them is like shoting a m1 Abrams with a nerf gun.
@TCS23 kinda hard when you have to survive and win the match and also have the parts(that i dont have) on your vehicle. But ya, I get it's faster, just not easy for new players, and the game is just a pian to play in general. Considering how much you get stomped and how little xp you get from each match.
ngl rn i just play pve and get \thing like wires, for scrap ima just rely on them weekly mission giving me those engineering coin thing which i can use to buy em directly from the shop
I didn't get that part. Raids don't reward fuel (or at least they didn't when I played 2 years back) they consume it. They only reward coupons, copper, plastic and electronics.
Hey who doesn't like free coins here and there. If it's always done you might pop but hell so do generators. There is another protection that is building it under with the spider legs and adding front grills making it even harder. Almost every time i survive it's because of that.
If you are in a good party with people who know what they are doing and have alot of free time for example playng for over 6 howers a day you can earn around 6+ tons of fuel For a Week Enjoy :)
So, about 2 years ago I made a video on the best ways to earn free money in Crossout: th-cam.com/video/tGGA6IjLXr4/w-d-xo.html In that video I learned that if you added the fuel value to the resource rewards from missions, Scrap was the winner at .88 coins per minute (CPM). However, if you instead used that free fuel and applied it to Raids, the winner became the Hard Raid for Electronics at 1.14 CPM. Of course, this was 2 years ago and the calculations were based on PC market values, so it might be a good idea to run that test again and see what the results would be now.

not worth it for me, so much sweating for 15 fuel, i buy 100 fuel for 14 coins ( 2 stacks ) and use them to grind plastic, with the daily 200 fuel i can make 200 plastic and sell em to make about 60 coins, not the best but i dont need to sweat to do it, also i do the challenges on bots instead of pvp and make about 300 scarps a day.

i never used them and don't think i will. Not because of exploding risk, just because that wasted 150 Ps could place you harder matches. And btw who is buying that fuels? raids most boring aspect of the game, i can't even deplete my free fuels :D
Raids and Leviathans may be boring, but they get you rare resources as well as Badges from weekly & clan challenges. Plastics are a high value resource, so converting your fuel to plastics is worthwhile. Also, every 3000 badges will get you a purple crate that can sell for over 300 coins. A free Epic item is an _exceptional_ reward for new players. The 300 coins isn't a bad reward regardless. With a squad of 4 people with just the right builds, you can blow through 8 Leviathans (200 fuel) in no time at all. I never play raids because its so repetitive, and I played 2000 raids.. but i played 30000 pvps haha.. nah i never need fuel and probably wont in future.
Problem is free to play players get thrown into random unbalanced matches and you will be lucky to even win 2/10 battles the game has some mechanic in it that chucks free players into losing teams against pay to win players who can upgrade all their stuff easier and cheaper so basically pay to win, i'm not talking rubbish i got many hours as a free to play and match balance is against free players, find out for yourselves and you will see your win ratio sucks.

Sounds like a good strategy. 👍
Other pros of adding fuel tanks are:
-Suicidal blast move deals more dmg (usefull in case of a defeat or degunned)
-In the back it serves as a back shield and may even deal some dmg if the enemy gets too close (in a hover it may even degun some builds)
-And finaly but not that relevant, as with many other parts, concentrating the weigth on a lower center of gravity helps with stability and colisions so you can stay on the ground (you can just put it instead of a jack!).
Thanks for the input. 🙂
This 10 euro battlepass was very worth it imo especially for newer players. but yea the game is grindy and expensive
Get Fuel, get Scraps, get Copper, do events that give Plastics and Wires, start crafting purple guns and sell them. I love this route.
as a new player of crossout i found this video well explained and i’m definetely gonna add fuel barrels on my builds 👍🏻
That's great to hear! 🙂
Another well thought out and investigated video, your time and effort is appreciated. Though I play the game a little most of my $$ is made from savvy trade deals and crafting purples.
Thank you so much!
Nothing wrong with those solid trades on the market. 👍
It’s nice to try help people earn money but having more people with fuel brings the price down making it less profitable
Interesting take, I like it! 😀

Nice additional tip, thanks for sharing! 👍
Ngl its infuriating to look for crossout guides and find random videos... this channel is genuinely so hard to find yet it has the best guides (radar guide for exemple)

its worth noting that scrap matches can be farmed faster than wire and batteries.
This is sadly true.

Will also sub as your channel deserves more subs :). Good luck and have fun, will always love xo.
Ahh yes, Emilys, I often don't think about those. That's what makes Crossout interesting, so many different combinations! 😀
So to sum it up:
* *10* coins for plastids run with the free daily fuel.
Thanks for that detailed feedback! 👍
A small avantage for 8 peoples is a significative bonus
Also, play back. To survive and get your fuels.
Unfortunately It’s kinda boring gameplay
But Thats the best money per hour free to play method who dont involve market flips
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. 🙂
dude ok your video is good and informative but your miniature have a clickbait - there are like 3-4 fuel tanks there and that can lead to think (to new players) like i did, that u can use multiple fuel tanks (more than 2) so its not nice
My apologies, that wasn't my intention. I was having fun with Photoshop and I figured having a truck load of gold fuel barrels would convey the idea that there is great value in equipping fuel.
@@TCS23 I thought the same thing, I thought more meant higher chance
If everybody agreed to at least "try" not shoot eachothers (visible) barrels, fuel prices would plummit. Wishful thinking, I know.. but it'd work for sure.
People who've hoarded over the years won't be affected as much, but it'd bring more people into pvp. If they know there's better potential for profits, they'd be more willing to regularly play pvp and not just pve bots.
Yeah, that makes sense. We're all in this together!
I've been doing this since almost day 1 of my crossout time and yes I buy everything I want bc I fuel grind and I have a good build for it
That's what I like to hear! 😃
i allways try to put upgraded blue fuel tank, even in 13000Ps battles, but fuel barrel i use rarely in low PS battles, but using only 1 big fuel tank in every battle i have more fuel then i need to do all pve weekly challenges
Nice, that's good to hear. 🙂
I think the bracket has alot to do with it as well. Early game everything is close combat so not really worth it, once you get some ranged weapons it becomes more feasible.
Yes, Power Score can make a difference for sure.
Do you guys still do this since fuel dropped frm to 4? And it seems that im not getting fuel on each mission. Do i only get it on a win?tnx
Save it and sell it during events related to raids
I'm a bit of a newbie so I gotta ask, can you sell some of those 200 fuel the game give you?
Unfortunately, no. You either use it or lose it, because the daily fuel resets after 24 hours.
Hmm, I would only do it out of an event if you needed a certain stat bonus, like less mass. Otherwise I would say just wait.

Welcome back! 😃

I once asked a GM when will it be officially released and they replied _"When it's version 1.1.11something"_ which it never was during my play years and also indicated no real plans for mass market only short term bit-by-bit egregious monetization. Your video is REALLY quite excellent!
Informative video, but u forgot one important thing about fuel barrels. It's also increase your power score.
Also, can you please make an experiment about a self destruct + fuel barrel combo? Fuel barrels can boost self dest. dmg or not? :D

Adding both Fuel modules only increases your Power Score by 171 points, so in terms of matchmaking it's not that different.
As for a Fuel/SD combo build, I'll test it out and see what becomes of it. 🙂
Ok, but whats the best power score for earning fuel???
@@Interweblurker I think that's kind of subjective, since there are a lot of factors that influence the outcome of matches. I would say to work with what you've got in terms of parts and weapons and keep track of which builds you perform better with. I seem to do best in the 8-10k power score range.
I'd steer clear from 9k nowadays, as this is the same powerscore as cc. Lots of players will use meta builds there.
I just wanna build cool cars man...
Fair enough. 🙂
Since you can get 3 block chains with the battle pas, any thoughts on them. Rarely see anyone use them before they were in the battelpass
Honestly, I've only used them sparingly so I don't have a firm opinion. I do know they can be pretty devastating when they hit the right spots though. 💥👀

I believe you only get fuel from one barrel and one tank, then it caps out, the max is 15 fuel per match
The note "Does not stack" means you gain no benefit for more than one, like generators.
1barrel is 5gal. 5barrels is still 5gal.

So selling fuel is better than using it to farm plastic?
So, about 2 years ago I made a video on the best ways to earn free money in Crossout: th-cam.com/video/tGGA6IjLXr4/w-d-xo.html
In that video I learned that if you added the fuel value to the resource rewards from missions, Scrap was the winner at .88 coins per minute (CPM). However, if you instead used that free fuel and applied it to Raids, the winner became the Hard Raid for Electronics at 1.14 CPM.
Of course, this was 2 years ago and the calculations were based on PC market values, so it might be a good idea to run that test again and see what the results would be now.

Oh no! How dare he show us some useful tips that anybody who wanted to do a little bit of research could’ve likely deduced on their own! 😂
Ah the greed! Dude your eyes are glowing!
I never play raids because its so repetitive, and I played 2000 raids.. but i played 30000 pvps haha.. nah i never need fuel and probably wont in future.
I agree, Raids are pretty repetitive. 😮💨
@@teggsy2165 Hmm, that hasn't been my experience. I find that if you keep playing a specific PS for any length of time the same players that were your opponents in the previous match will be your teammates in the next round, so it stays shuffled.
@@TCS23 Daily challenges require different weapons and builds so sticking in a certain PS level is not possible anyway free players play for peanuts over the years even less peanuts worse grindy game ever.
Не тратьте бензин, занимайтесь перекупом
Xm... 🤔
Only buy BPs, no premium, ever. Been playing for 2+ years, never farmed fuel and my inventory costs around 30 k coins. Not rich, but I won't be creating an explosive package any time soon.
Let's do the math. I got 28k games under my belt. Let's assume that I win 50% of the time. That's 14k. Let's assume that out of those times, I survive 75% of the time. That's 11.5k games with earned fuel. That's 11k coins in the span of 2 years. Now, let's assume I'd use fuel and it would increase my chances of blowing up. I'd imagine, around a 10% larger chance. That's 10 350 games won without blowing up. Around 10k coins in the span of two years AND I have to be extra sneaky instead of playing casually and for fun? As a king mine main, it's just not worth it.
not to buy premium is a terrible advise
it's 60% off during xmas
Well, you can try my explosion buffer method and you won't be risking blowing up at all and still be earning free fuel. Or just keep on doing what works for you. 👍
Then you have console who literally attack ur precious fuel when it behind you
So I've heard. 🤔
@@TCS23 wish the game had cross progression I'd just go to PC only if they could figure out the coin prices
@@kkguitar94 I totally agree with you on that! Maybe someday. 🤷
Ale sure youre in a group and seal clubbing at 2499, 4699,6999 or 8999. Also yo wont be able to farm fuel as a solo on xbox. Mo betta lay market, dont explode.
For me, I'm rarely in a group and my preferred power score is 8-10k. I do play on PC, but your platform shouldn't really affect how you farm fuel.
@@TCS23 Xbox is affected by low population. At any given powerscore, you encounter the same group of 4 guys, mic'd and coordinating, with little chance of avoiding them. As a solo player, you get randoms on your team that are just terrible. Xbox being 6v6, you just get rolled through match after match because theres no one else playing.
@@Rufus_West Ahh ok, 6v6 does change things a bit. Well, hopefully you can find a build that works for you and you are able to score some more fuel.
@@Rufus_West Agreed there needs to be a "No team up" match mode or setting 'tick' so this doesn't happen, (Targem devs "no time to waste on game fixes just make more shiney things that appeal to the wallet warriors")
In my opinion energy generators and fuel gathering in battle are useless things that i would remove from game on the devs place
Interesting. 🤔
Bro said remover generators lmao😅😅😅😅😅.....No
Showing large clumps of like 6 fuel barrels in a tutorial video is why we have idiots copying it. You should maybe mention how same type fuel barrels don't stack.
I can change the thumbnail if it would make you feel better?
@@TCS23 it would make me fill better XD
honestly. earing fuel is too much of a profit loss for me. i can earn back the profits of buying 1k fuel in about 1 or 2 raids. easily. that is 120 fuel for hard raids. The rest is pure profit.
it takes fare longer to farm up 1k fuel then it does for me to do 2 raids. So not worth it at all.
If that works for you then keep it up! 👍
being an ex diamond player, all you need is a brain, and quit using art builds in pvp
wow no way 😮
No 😂
@ the game is actually dying now no more gold clans so it doesn’t really matter anymore. Devs always wanted you to use the auto gen builds
@@SKiII_1ssueSaw a lot of that same talk in global today. It’s sad, as I’m really enjoying playing again. So much of the game is a great vibe, so I hope to enjoy it as much as I can till the lights go out. What sets it apart from things like robocraft for me is the setting, so it sadly won’t be so easily replaced. 🥲
Sell excess fuel
mostly run gas but sometimes i think its not really worth the ps increase and risk of blowing up. for such insignificant return. the wallet warriors don't so wny should we.
Well, if you watched this video and you still don't know why you should earn free fuel then I don't know what else to tell you. 🤷
You dont need to farm fuel, just buy 1000 and do raid with biggest electronics reward( have to be done with premium to gain good profit) 🫣
A premium subscription is great, but not everyone can afford to spend money on the game, so that's where farming fuel can make up the difference.
