Then the warden one uses sonic booms at range, powerful hits up close and also an attack that sounds out a shockwave around it that knocks away enemies.

Make the enderman hit at a longer range and then like a 8s cooldown teleport ability, then it will be as good as the others.
And the villager can shoot an emerald projectile from either arm cannon.
Then add health bar ui when in the mech! Oh yeah!

Then make the guardian mech let you breathe underwater
Then the bee and blaze mech should actually fly. The Blaze in bursts for up to 5s before 5s cooldown, the bee up to 32b above ground.
Then the goat one should be able to just charge straight through, rather than having to hold it down, charging for 32b then a 3s cooldown, and able to jump 16b high!
And the Wither one should also be able to launch wither Skulls which inflict the Wither Effect and are like homing missiles
