@@q.m9094 Nah she has. Material girl had no pronunciation at all. She literally kind of mumbled. You could understand her pretty well by 2023 and nothing was mumbled or replaced.
@@Darkeus1 “nothing was mumbles” ok you obviously only watched this clip and nothing else. There’s a part of the song where it’s literally impossible to understand and is fully mumbled lol the “that I could never trade with anything”
Like I said, I’m not hating, it’s just the truth. It does overall sound a bit better than material girl but that makes sense as that was rehearsed live event not a casual karaoke stream

Its not just the English speaking... her singing has also improved a ton over the years.
This is why people need to start requesting 80s & 90s English songs instead of the same 5 JP anime themes during unarchived karaoke sessions.
I believe back then TH-cam was still more lenient with copyright. Now they can’t sing certain songs even if it is unarchived
That material girl clip was the reason I fell down the rabbit hole and how Korone instantly became my favorite

He had to have seen some untapped potential no one else saw.

Unless I'm much mistaken Korone didn't audition, Okayu did, and Korone was part of the deal.
@@spitfire184 according to Depressed Nousagi, Korone and Okayu were literally recruited in an arcade.
That's why Korone's debut stream was so scuffed.

Improved? Yes. By a lot for over 2 years? Not by a long shot. Clearly not focusing on increasing her skill in English pronunciation. She has shown a lot of growth in a lot of other areas, though.
