Sir even many private schools are not giving awareness to the students about their career. Their main focus is NEET & top scorer in their district. So if possible make available pick my career option to all students.
Bcoz I studied in a private school where there is no basic sanitation too. But it was a state rank school. Their main focus was to make their students to admit in medical & engineering college blindly without any awareness.............
I think that needs a lot of funding bro ...u cannot make a scallable business by offering it free . If people like us can study hard and donate in the future.this initiative of making it free for private institution will be possible

By chance if my staff எனக்கு கத்து கொடுத்து இருந்தானுங்க na நான் இன்னிக்கு என் நிலமை வெற இந்த 30k wages என் புரியும் திறனால் கிடைச்சது. Not by my school and collage sataff சொல்லி குடுக்கல.. என் friends எல்லாராலும் இது முடியல அவங்க life style and passion maded by her or his guildness நீங்க வாங்குற காசுக்கு ஒரு நாளும் தகுதியானவர் தான நீங்க. Not only you, even colleges ask him or her.

From the past two decade +1 students are thinking of just 3 groups... biomaths,CS,commerce... kindly make a video of bringing awareness about that there are 135 groups in TN... It might be included in the pick my career...but most students are unaware of these groups and end up in choosing a group which is recommended friends and family. At least let them know the choices are not constrained.

Government school teachers are more talented than private school right ?
Obviously Government school teachers are selected based on the marks. It is obvious that government school teachers are more knowledgeable and talented than the private school as per government.
It is basic that the teachers must educate the students about the different type of streams and branches that are available. Which government school teachers are failing to do.
Reason being that government school students cannot afford that much. Which is not a obvious reason.
The mistake is on the teacher's side who are failing to do their job and educate the students about the streams and branches.

It is not about teachers bro. Government school students have only school teachers. But private school students can afford for many other things like school tuition, Exam coaching classes, etc. Even their parents are very educated. But government school students don't have any of these. It's not the teachers fault, resources are very less. That's why we need to help ppl resourceful like LMES!
It's not on the teachers to be honest. It's not that in private school, teachers teach those things. Generally private school students come from well off families and hence have the sufficient exposure. And you cannot expect every govt school teacher to cross the boundary and teach something they are not meant to, given that most of them don't do what they are paid to do. Unless it's part of the curriculum. Ever heard of the book rich dad poor dad, the author says that money management must be a subject at school and I say so should career guidance be.
The only difference is government school teachers are not ready to work out as much as private school teachers becoz govt. school teachers life is settled once they got appointed but not in the case on private school teachers if they are not creative they’ll be fired off so this is the reason behind the underdevelopment of governments schools

As you said, most of the students hadn't know more about their future. And it's not only due to poverty/ financial drawbacks. Even top ranking students hadn't aware on enormous opportunities in future career. Their only mindset is to secure full marks with or without understanding concepts. They have lack of awareness on competitive exams, scholarships, national universities, etc.
