Give that car a full refurbishing. 1946 was the first production year in the post-war era. Grandpa Strong was lucky enough to purchase one for 1300 dollars. He was delighted.
I think that's the nicest horn I've ever heard! It has depth yet isn't brash. It actually sounds pleasant compared to so many ugly sounding horns! Nice!

Seat belts were not optional on ANY car in 1946. Nash was the first manufacturer to offer seat belts as an option n 1950. There were few takers.
