Usually, when you set up a WooCommerce store, you should go through its key settings. This includes "Emails." Go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Emails. Check the "New order" to see if the "Recipients(s)" column has your email address. If not, click the "Manage" button to add yours. Are you the admin of your store, if not, I'm not sure if you'll be able to add another email here? Normally, the online WooCommerce store will default to an admin's email address for a new order. Let me know if that helps.
Hi, there! Did you add a new product page for your gift card? If so, what's the name? When you added a new product page, did you pick the right type of your product? This section is in the "Product data - " section, it's a dropdown box. Click the dropdown and select "PW Gift Card." And if you get this far, did you add a gift card amount? You should be able to see this tab called "Gift Card." Don't forget to publish or save your product page after completing everything. If you follow the steps I mentioned here, you should be able to see your gift card under your "Shop" page. If not, let me know, and you may need to walk me through the steps on what you did to create your gift card page so I can help you troubleshoot this issue. By the way, you can even add it to your main menu by looking for that product page in the "Menus" section.
