From our perspective via the camera, we can still see the first child further down their walkway near the bushes, but it seems the mother could not see clearly. She maybe catches the shadow of the first child, or perceived movement near those bushes, panics, tries to usher the other child into the house, and screams once the other child begins to approach. TLDR; I don't mean to be specifically rude to the woman, but I think she was just being unreasonably paranoid. The husband was also extremely confused by her ridiculous outburst.
