She controls the sun if she knew the exact specifics on their powers she could convert the yellow sun to red and drain their powers and with kryptonians vulnerability to magic she would have a huge advantage as it practically soaks all of the land here. Her blows would hurt more to them and that’s not even counting on the numerous spells that she possibly has at her disposal but never uses. The only way it could be worse is if she could create kryptonite and theoretically if she knew more about it she probably could.
Red Kryptonite's effects are random. In the OLD OLD Superman comics, for part of a single issue, Superman was turned into a woman. Red Kryptonite also turned him into a being similar to the Thing ala: Fantastic Four.... amongst others. So, turning into a bunny isn't TOO far out there. :)
