WE CANT BELIVE BDA APATMENT QUALITY. WE KNEW HOW THEIR QUALITY OTHER PROBLEM I VISITED OFFICE SOME OFFICIAL ASKED BRIBE FOR THIS KIND OF APTS ALSO WE CAN GET BETTER APTS WITH THIS PRICE 30 LAKHS 1 BHKS ITS NOT A SMALL AMOUNT.
Hello Mr.Tejas, thanks for the valuable comment, the Quality Differs from project to project and Builder/Contractor to other Builder, Buyers have lot of Choices today, based on the budget and Requirements they can decide what fits their needs. We advise all our Property Buyers , Whether they are buying from BDA or Prestige/Shoba Developers always take opinion of a Civil Engineer about Quality of Construction and decide.
About the Bribe incident, can you write the full Incident, Office/Officer you visited the project you Discussed for? so that other buyers are informed?
