It really happens when we start lowering our gaze and avoiding haram then autometically Allah gives satisfaction in our heart and the thoughts that "Allah knows everything he is the only witness of our isoation " this fear help us to control ur nafs.and another thing that two angels of our shoulder are writing our all small,big,good or bad ...every deeds .so fear Allah that on the day of judgement you have to stand in front of ur lord and have to give justification and remember on that day Allah will seal our mouth and our body parts will say everything may be their statement increase our good deeds or decrease good deeds😭😭😰.so fear Allah . Stop using social media, TH-cam, tiktok etc. jab ap wo use kr rhay hotay hain apka jo dil krta hai ap wo khol letay hotay. matlab apnay mind ko train kr rhay hotay ho k dil ki har khuhish sun kr. phir aik chota sa khiyal kiya ata hai ap kahan say kahan pohchn jatay ho. Don't use your mobile in the mornings and during the night. and social media on very limited basis. soch samjh kr content dekha krain. Protecting your gaze is the key. Apka mind kahay ga k bus yeh type kr k dekho kya ata hai wagera wagera. don't take the first step. when you would stop yourself for some weeks, your addiction would be over. there wouldn't be any desire. han khiyal aye ga kabhi kabhi but you would be able to control it. THE GOAL IS TO FORGET ABOUT PMO. IT's would just be a bad memory nothing more. and don't be afraid to quit. kuch bhi nahi hota. koi dard nahi hota. no cravings at all. no pain. TRUST ME. kuch nahi hota.
