I'm 47 years old single mother living in Spain I'm hoping to retire at 50 if things keep going well for me. Bought my first house last month and I can't be more proud than I am right now. I'm so glad I made good decisions about my finances that changed me forever...

Having the right mindset around money is SO important for your overall financial success. As you mentioned, without the right mindset, even if you have all the money in the world, you still won’t be satisfied. Having an abundance mindset is something I’ve been working on myself for quite a while, but it’s already helped me have a better relationship with my money in so many ways. Great video Charlie!!
After I graduated, I realized school taught me nothing about money. Then I found the book ‘the Richest Man in Babylon’ and began learning everything about money that I was not taught. Great starting point! Also started watching videos like this. Lots to learn!
Very important. Now I am so low that my only option is to be extremely positive and work very very hard. I have no choice but to become extremely positive and productive.
I never knew that what say you about money can actually make a difference between making alot of money or little to no money at all. I have been thinking about being independent, in terms of physical space (currently living with parents), having the financial freedom, and doing the things I enjoy doing. I am in process of becoming a content creator in the gaming space (because it is something I am really passionate). I am not trying to make as my main source of income, but more of using it to find other avenues like using affiliate links, and uploading YT vids via AdSense, etc. I should not let certain boundaries affect me liking asking "What If" questions or thinking about how people will react when I make certain choices (including family), etc. I have to use what I have and just go for it

Great video Charlie! Really like the analogy of being strategic with money via the chess example. The money mindset reminds of the growth mindset where abundance (= growth) and scarcity (= fixed).
These are excellent money mindset tips. You can change your perception of money through financial affirmations and develop a generous attitude toward money.
I have fought with this mindset off and on since watching “The secret”. I always think will God honor my desire for wanting to make millions became I’m being greedy. I always say that if I have abundance.. many people will be blessed. I will help the less fortunate. Is my thinking wrong?
Read Think & Grow Rich. Write down the goal & what you’re willing to give EXACTLY the way. Napoleon Hill describes. I did that, & then I read it out loud to my (ex)girlfriend. She was impressed I’d taken that first step. More importantly I achieved the goal I wrote down. A few years later I set another goal without writing it down, I missed the goal, but easily surpassed it the following year. In fact setting a new more difficult goal allowed me to focus on the results so much I didn’t know I’d surpassed it.

All comes down to changing your mindset and relationship with money... You cannot get wealthy without such a shift. Otherwise you will continue to try and keep up with the Jones... SMH!
