Any tips for 352(3142)? Formation adjustments, team playstyle, recommend player playstyles...

Ok Good shout, if it’s a 3142 with attacking minded midfielders then in those roles I would recommend box to box players or maybe like creative playmakers. Since orchestrators won’t go too far forward I would be wary of using them.

For the wide players of you want go and cross you are best with using (Cross Specialists or Wingbacks that can play RM or LM (Offensive Fullbacks, Fullback Finishers))
But if you want wide players to cut in and try to score or get assists then I think it’s better to go roaming flank and prolific wingers or a good hole player.

Well I use out wide and if I’m being honest I think it really fits this formation since it’s creates space for those wide players (not sure how it would work in other playstyles) but if you’re using 2 AMFS then box to box players in those positions would be good. If it’s 2 CMs then you have more options. If you need help with anything more feel free to ask
