In this Vintage Vinyl adventure, Mountain Man Picker visits one his favorite local Record Shops - The Leechpit - Records & Vintage. The kind folks at the store allow us to do some filming while flipping through the Used "New Arrivals" and Discounted Records to look for Vintage Classic Rock and Hard Rock LPs to add to the Mountain Man Picker private collection.

Lots of great records in there! Pretty surprised to see all of those audiophile records too. Lots of mofi and some half speed mastered stuff. Loved that discount bin as well. Can't beat Van Halen for cheap!
I agree, lots of great records there and well worth the price on the newer remasters. Quality is great on everything they sell too, the VH album I picked up for $5 plays VG+ and the cover is VG. Headed back there soon 👍🏼 thanks for watching!
With overpriced new and represses this is why I only buy used records from a few thrift stores 2 record stores and record shows I only get $1 to $8 records a lot of the time I get some really good records.
Thanks for the comments 👍🏼 I know what you mean, however, I like to treat myself now and then to some high quality affordable Vinyl that I need in my personal collection. I probably average about $1-$5 per LP at estate sales, thrift stores, garage sales, etc.. but I also picked up several great records here for less than $5 each. It’s a great vibe here too, if you like Vintage Rock and more 🎸 thanks!
Some of those Used New Arrivals look like pressings from the past ten years, which may confuse hell out of some prospective buyers. Tina Turner is always a winner. I found an original 45 of hers with picture sleeve and sold it easily. The Sunflower Vintage Dead is a desirable one. But the prices seem high.
Thanks for the comments and tips 👍🏼 prices there are retail (but fair) on most of the better records but everything is quality and they will make you a deal if you ask. I was very happy with everything I picked up, most was for my personal collection on this pick.
