I tried to do 2 extra crispy and 2 golden fries today and the coupon didn’t come off. The lady let me switch for 4 golden fries and that worked! (I just stuck to what was on the picture to be safe haha)

You first said you were picking up 11 but then at the register you said 13 - how many do I need to pick up?

I’m sorry for the confusion. It depends on the price at your store.
To meet the threshold for the spend $15 get $5 off coupon I bought 11, but I also have a $1/2 digital in my account so I added two more to my cart to meet that coupon value so both coupons would come off. If you don’t have that $1/2 digital then you only need to purchase 11 if yours are priced at 1.39 like mine.

It did for me. They’re both manufacture coupons so they’re not supposed to stack but it looks like they are for a lot of people.

So you put your phone number in and the digitals come off then you enter the ESF coupons and printables? I have been doing it the other way around. Sometimes my digitals don't come off and I'm wondering if that is why.

I always put my phone number in first then enter the LU# and I’ve never had any problems with digitals coming off. I hope that helps ☺️
