- Ukrainian drone strikes on a Russian missile base have triggered blasts the size of earthquakes as America has pledged to send Kyiv glide bombs to incise it's long range strike capability but the US stops short of giving Ukraine permission to launch cruise missiles and Ballistic missiles on Russian soil and Vladimir Putin has once again ramped up his threats of nuclear WW3.

Ukraine squandered their military production capability while russia increased their own, adding a lot of junk to their military. A few tanks and a giant one off transport plane is pretty much all they can show prior to the current war. Sad, truly sad. The saddest thing that the history books will reveal about this is that nuclear anti-proliferation is now dead. Ukraine de-nuked itself shortly after USSR collapsed, as a deal in the Budapest Memorandum for security assurances. Sure, assistance has been given, but mostly for use inside its own territory. Who's to say if Ukraine would have kept a few hundred nukes, would Putin be more restrained in his actions against Ukraine?
