Petrol........ for power
Go take a test drive and also enquire about the showroom, delivery and service centre behaviour for both brands in your area. Some service people are really terrible, may give scratched cars on delivery as well. They don't care you spend huge amount of money. So please enquire about those factors as well, not just the car and performance.
Safari for 3rd row comfortable seats long drive and safety one segment higher.Alcazar for city use features and 3rd row for kids.
In my view go for Tata safari because you will be safe in future it's my personal experience

Nice discription. I drive hyundai venue n only con which I feel is its handling is too light. Good for City bt it doesn't give confidence on highway in high speed. Is that same wat u said abt handling of alcazar?
No... Alcazar steering is dynamic...it feels light in slower speed and gains weight as the speed increases.

Great explanation sir just one question why all brands like Suzuki Hyundai Ford provide all wheel drive option in other countries in cars like creat in Russia and ecosport but why they don’t provide awd option in India in same cars inspite of that in these time cars are going expensive day by day
Customer demand. Generally AWD are expensive compared to FWD so Indian's will always prefer low cost FWD with alot of feature rather than AWD.
I have watched video of Gagan sir , in which he said AWD is mostly suitable in countries where there is snow. In countries like india we dont have such condition. AWD is also not suitable for off roading . So we have 4WD for off roading .
Mostly hilly and snowy weather..there so 4 wheel required

Where is most of your driving?
If mostly it in city than go for ALCAZAR as it is easy to handle in city road. If 50 percent highway 50 percent city gap and no offroadibg than XUV700. IF 80 percent highway than Safari.

Space is decent enough. Safari , Hector plus and Alcazar have similar third row space honestly. XUV700 has very less third row space.
