Hello Dear Mellow Sonic! I was not brought up in the same period, so I don't know a lot about all those games... Life is actually already an epic game, isn't it? Yet I can feel a tremendous atmosphere in this music arrangement. I'll listen to this one as background when writing the part of my novel with Pleiadian World, since they are the best astro-pilots & they represent the Armed Forces of the Galaxy!
This is part of my top 3 of game music pieces ever. Simple, yet so emotional that I shed a tear most times I listen to it. On top it's one of the few songs that, in my opinion, just don't need a remix, they are perfect as they are. I'm not generally a purist, but in this particular case I'll stick to the original, even if you did solid work as always.
