"One heat pipe maxes out at 12 heat exchangers, 38 tiles is as far as I can go" I checked my reactor with 24 heat exchangers on 2 sides of a single heat pipe and it works fine. I ran a little test in creative and it do 30 heat exchangers on both sides of a single pipe but the last 6 take AGES to warm.
