I'm sure you can get any of these and actually be fine. A handstand or a headstand? I think one kinda comes before the other. I would just do a few layers of blankets folded (think like an army cot) so you can get your legs up high, then a pillow for your head, and put those up against a wall to get started. This would remove any need for buying anything. But as an adult, if you really insist on getting one, I'd get the bigger one.
