Speaking of Josh Hawley...I remember him, on Jan. 6, 2021, cheering on the insurrectionists outside Congress! I consider him a piece of you-know-what!

What alot of people don't know it was josh hawleys wife that plead the roe v wade case in front of the Supreme Court to get it overturned. Plus hawley and wife studied under alito. She just did another case in front of them.

Sorry to see you fall prey to the ubiquitous American triumphalism. It was the Russians who captured Berlin in 1945. You won't find a historical commentary of the battles around Berlin who mention either America or Eisenhower, except to point out that they weren't there. Stalin was a monster, probably equally so with Hitler, but you can't just air-brush him out of history.
The Russians were first into the city of Berlin, however the Allies were on the outer areas of South Berlin, and had the Allies not invaded the beaches in France, and made Hitler split his seasoned fighting troops in the effort to try and withstand those Allies, Stalin's Troops wouldn't have made much progress.
