      Hi @Honmonskie Jumong,
Thank you for your question :) So technically for the marriage certificate (legal marriage) you need to apply in ROM (Registry of Marriages) www.rom.gov.sg/index.htm . The process itself is quite straightforward, they have a lists of documents needed depending on your circumstances (ex: the couple is foreigner-sporean/ foreigner-PR/ foreigner-foreigner, etc). By applying in the website, it will ask you to put on a date which is basically your solemnization date. For the solemnization itself you may choose to have it in the ROM office or in your own venue choices (if you preferred/already have a designated venue for your ceremony).
ROM office: Just come with bride-groom + min. 2 witness
Ceremony Venue: Come with bride-groom + min. 2 witness + your own solemnizer
For fee wise I spent around S$67 (just for the ROM) that is S$42 for registration + S$25 for schedule change (because we have a schedule changes). S$42 registration fee fall under the category (at least 1 spouse are either Sporean/PR), if both are foreigners the cost will be S$380 for registration fee. Please take note, this price only cover the official marriage document :) Other than that will be additional fee on the couple side.
Hope it answer your questions, feel free to ask me other questions, I'll try to answer as much as I know :)

Hi Kira! Thank you for your comment, you may try to check this link www.marriage.gov.sg/civil/marriage-process, as there are a few categories of the eligibility criteria for both bride and groom :) Hope it helps 🙏

      Hi!
Thank you for your question :) Mmm..I'm not particularly sure about what you mean by the marriage, but I can only said the process actually quite simple (with📝: No reception, and just a formal procedure). So in terms of the condition required, basically it just a formal documents needed, such as your identity documents.

    Attention all GUYS
Firstly , I just got divorced.
Sadly I was not given any monies for the matrimonial flat.
Reason because I trusted my ex wife by asking her to pay the mortgages and she was a foreigner.
Whether she is a foreigner or not.
My advice to all the GUYS IN SINGAPORE
DON LET YOUR WIFE HANDLE THE PAYMENT OF YOUR MATRIMONIAL PROPERTY CAUSE IF YOU DIVORCE MOST LIKELY THE COURT WILL GIVE TO HER.
DON LISTEN AND YOU WILL REGRET
