That was inspiring. Sorry for all the questions. Do you have your own space at the church? if so how many seats? How many shows per year? How many performances per year? Ticket price? Budget for each show?

Thanks for taking an interest in our theatre company, @elooma! We rent part of Jubilee Bible Church in Medinah for our entertainment space and on-site behind-the-scenes work. Our space holds up to 252 seats, and we perform five main shows, five summer camps, and a few other events throughout the year. Our ticket prices range from $21 - $32, depending on your seat location. The budget fluctuates. We base it on how many tickets we think we will sell for each show, realizing that we sell more for musicals and Christmas shows than for original shows. Then, we consider what we think the set design will be and how much the scripts and royalties are. We then look at whether we’re going to have to create new costumes or whether we will be able to pull from existing ones. There is a lot involved!
