This isn't the 'original mix but this tune set London alight in 1997 - Speed Garage was everywhere that year in London - the pirates, clubs - everywhere and this was the biggest tune of the lot. Still sounds fresh 22 years later.

Before 1999 I was at that age between 16-18 and had been to only a few adult nightclubs,then I made a friend who used to listen to pirate garage stations,we lived in Harlesden and for bonfire night Kiss fm were doing something in Bergers park by Elephant.He didn't know it was a free gig and climbing over the fence I slipped landing on a spike which went in 3/4inch in back of my leg.This mate was older and so we carried on.We got to the music to hear the LAST tune of the night which was,yep,double '99'.

This ain't the original, 1997 was the original. This is the Tim De Luxe remix from 2006 I'm sure. A cracking remix non the less, but not the original.

Very happy to find this tune. I sampled it off a pirate radio station many years ago and used it in many mixes but never knew the name.
