A Sunset that Disappointed, 4K

The weather forecast looked promising: a mix of sun and clouds and light snow showers. I headed to one of my favourite spots, a drive of about 100km and then a 6km hike (snowshoe), in the hopes of capturing a stunning sunset.
As I got close to the trailhead, the light in the sky was stunning, and I was full of hope. I snowshoed to my destination and was there just before sunset. The temperatures had warmed up to -6 celsius, but it was very windy, and it became totally overcast with no hint of a colour in the sky.
Having gone that far, I was not going to return empty handed, so I took a few photos and captured a short video of the frigid waves crashing on the icy shore.
