After using the floor seems cleaner than the other part, but this product should have more detailed videos to know it. All videos are too short.

Can this be used as a carpet cleaner as well, perhaps, like a professional wet vac? Please and thank you.
Definitely not. This could, at best, work as a rug refresher. I have a bissell cordless max which has a “rug” cleaning mode, and it does a good job getting little spots out and brightening it up, it’s no where near at the level of a professional carpet cleaner. With that being said, the HF3 is specifically for hardwood floors and not as powerful as the cordless max, so if my cordless max can’t clean carpets, I guarantee this won’t either. I have a bissell big green machine that works awesome on carpets and is comparable to professional carpet cleaners. I would definitely recommend.
Hi there, Crosswave HF3 is for hard floors only. For carpet cleaning, it would be best to consider one of our upright carpet washers like the PowerClean or ProHeat 2x Revolution Pet series 🙂
Can this be use on Cypress timber floorboards?
Hi there - yes Crosswave HF3 is suitable for use on all sealed hard floors, including timber 🙂
Can it be used on area rugs like the old Crosswave? I’m debating getting this or the crosswave cordless max
Hi there, the HF3 is for hard floors only. Cannot be used on rugs.
Can it clean in between tiles. The grout spaces?
@@Youjuan100 Hi there, all Crosswaves will vacuum and wash out dirt and debris from in between grout lines of most tiles. They're not grout cleaners though - so the existing grout colour likely won't be changed. For more thorough grout cleaning, our Steam Shot and Powerfresh Slim steam cleaners have specific grout cleaning attachments 🙂
