Tram systems in the UK seem to be returning here and there in recent years. I wonder why we haven't had the return of the trolleybus though? A trolleybus system must be alot cheaper to install than a tram system as you don't need to dig up the roads for the tracks. A double deck trolleybus could carry a fair number of passengers too and if it were able to run "off the wire" when required for short periods using batteries it'd be a lot more flexible than a tram
