Bathrooms is pretty much the same thing. Cabinet hinges, under the lip of the countertops if it applies. If the mirror has gaps from the wall apply there as well. You'll want to steer clear of the sink area.
We had a pretty bad infestation and this cockroach gel bait really works! Thank you so much for your videos and tips! Thank God, I used this stuff. Now, I'm able to clean the roach poop off and it stay clean before I used the gel bait, I would clean and they would just make it gross again within a week's time.
Thanks for the video! I appreciate the instructions on how/where to apply. Can you please explain why you shouldn't used a line?? Also, should I buy the arenas in addition to the bait gel? I'm patiently awaiting my gel to arrive! We just moved into an apartment, and noticed cockroaches in the kitchen, so I haven't even moved any of dishes yet. Barely bought food and keeping it in the fridge.
Hi Sir. I like all your videos and just recently bought the gel. Thanks so much for your recommendation and taking the time to teach all of us on how to deal with this nasty roaches. With all my respect to you I'll recommend to put your camera volume a little bit higher cause theres some good videos that you can't hardly hear and understand exactly what you're saying. Thanks
I used 1 whole tube in a day. I must have been using too much then. I'm down to my last tube, I ordered the 4 pack. It is working, I have been using it for 3 days now and I see roaches coming up dead. I may have to order another package since I was not using it correctly my first time around. I started using the 3rd tube in cracks and on spec marks. Now that I know how to properly apply it, It should work a lot better than it is now.
Dang I put too many little drops in my kitchen 😅 I used a whole tube for my kitchen only. I just moved in two days ago and this is my first time having roaches in my home. I’m disgusted
Do you need to apply this product in every room of house or just the kitchen and bathrooms. I have already applied it in these areas and seen a major help but my concern is will they go to bedrooms where there's no treatment or will they just feed from the bathroom and kitchen and hallways that I've already treated. Btw great product with immediate results.
Thanks for the video. I have an aviary (in basement)for yrs now and never had a roach problem. This year I noticed a few roaches crawling around and made no big deal of it. Then all of sudden had a severe infestation.. I pushed a cage and there were hundreds behind the cage. Is advion safe to use in bird room away from birds?
Try to identify what roach species it is, this works well for German Roaches not so well for American or any large species. For those I recommend Maxforce Complete or Niban
@@NaturepestNaturalPestControl thanks your reply! Definitely German roaches!! Never had roach issues so was very complacent. Now it’s overrun. Treated yesterday with Advion. Used a whole tube and a half in the bird room alone where there is tons of them. I will retreat in two weeks again and in a month change gels as you recommended. Once I knock down the number plan to insulate any cracks and dust with boric acid. My concern are the buggers in the walls. Any advice on same? I watched a video where they drill countless holes and puff in boric acid. Last thing I want to do is drill holes. Any advice will be much appreciated. Further happy to say I subscribed to your channel and want to thank you for your videos and your advice!
So you said this will work even if the neighbors next door continue to be dirty and my landlord doesn't wanna deal with it, right? As long as I reapply every 3-4 months, I shouldn't have a problem?
PLEASE help me I would easily choose your company over a cheaper or bigger franchise BECAUSE of this video. ( Do you service Western Australia? I'll assume not). Your professional delivery of respectful , clear and accurate information can make or break someone dealing with an infestation. German roaches especially. Tho I believe I now have the brown banded roaches and cannot verify this anywhere. The only difference visible is the markings down the back. Size, eggs and most behavior are all the same. These guys like to clump. Can you advise me further please? If you can...cheers
Neighbors moved out and started seeing roaches within days. I think their move disturbed them. Going to use your tips to place the Advion tonight! My question is, should I clean their peppery droppings before I treat, or just leave it there so they can follow their own "trails"?
In cases where the stove or fridge can't be moved to treat appropriately you can use some in a piece of wax paper rolled up and push it way back remove it in a week and reapply. Look at the Apartment roach demo I created for a complete treatment
Is this stuff better than combat. I've been using combat and it doesn't seem to do anything to them. I've used boric acid bait. And roach hotels nothing seems to do anything and now I've got tons of baby roaches everywhere. I just bought some advion, gentrol and maxforce. I'm just praying that they work better than the combat stuff has.
Absolutely it's the process we use for every single home that has German roaches follow the protocol exactly as I show you don't add to it don't modify it in anyway and for God's sake do not spray anything after you do it
Okay so I applied that bait including gentrol, maxforce, advion and vendetta. Is it normally for the roaches to smell the Baits and not eat them? At least it looked like it didn't eat the bait. It's wasn't there long. What I did was put bait in the front of a baby roach to see if it would eat the bait for not?
I recently bought this and just need to ask is it really a gel..? Because the one I got is like a paste and it's hard to even get it out. It's still good according to the expiration day but it's really hard. Also it smells bad?
That's a very good question no it is not necessary as long as you have access to place it in the right spots since the product is not move it doesn't volatize it won't get all over your pots and pans. In our business it's a non-disruptive service the customer never has to remove anything from their kitchen for us to perform our service unlike traditional spray services where you do.
This is a great idea I already have the home defense spray but, this is like the Rambo of pest control I wonder if you can do both just for extended protection.
i went to do a call recently where the person did not want me to use gel. i tried to explain how it works, but she had it set in her mind that it would make the problem worse. Unfortunately, all she wanted was a perimeter spray and glue boards.
If she had American Roaches that would ok for a maintenance service but if she had German roaches you could not do anything since they are a domestic roach.
Wow!This professional reading my mail, beautiful the way you explain everything that roach behaviour🪳 entails,🪳 they are coming out of my toaster, and stove.🪳 Thank you very much sir🤝
The amount you can legally use is on the label it’ll tell you how many grams you can use by so many hundred square feet the tubes come measured in grams
Hi, the label permits for a small line, however, it is not necessary and wasteful, the secret is to apply it where the roach is going to go, you have to understand the biology of the roach to know its behavior, they can locate food just fine it just has to be in the right place its quality over quantity
@@kabitagurung8612 I recommend getting it from do myown.com because somebody could possibly sell a knock off or the product has been on the shelf too long. They bought it and it’s expired.
@@kabitagurung8612 the possibility of state shyness or avert is possible however, every time I see a case that I go do an inspection on it, always improper bait application by the technician I have look for my apartment roach demo video and also look at the playlist for German roaches where you can see the mistakes people make that I record
It usually depends on the level of infestation for a minor infestation will wait 30 days and then come back and reapply again for a medium to heavy infestation we're going to do 14 days and if it's a really really heavy infestation we're going to come every seven days probably two times and then wait 30 days and come back again.
Thx for great vedio i been trying everything to get rid of these roaches my sister the one who suggested I get this product she said she got them after the tore a home down next door to she said after using this product seen a different in 24 hrs and they were all gone by the end of week
The product actively works for about 2 weeks the roaches are the ones that are responsible for transmitting that product but you're not supposed to put it all over the apartment here is the correct way to do it in the complete demo. th-cam.com/video/uwIO8KRsm1Q/w-d-xo.html
I don't have a problem but my surrounding neighbor has an issue and my landlord won't send anyone. I'm going to try this as a prevention and prevention it works
Unfortunately gel baiting does not work as a preventive it is a control product only it will only last 2 weeks in the environment and you might draw roaches over what I recommend is using Abate product like avert and using the igr disc of point source to control growth. See my apartment roach control demo for details
Why can't we put it in a line? I have a bad infestation and I sought another video where they put it in the line and the roaches went right for it so what is the difference?
I always recommend to all my clients that you wash your dishes while the process is going on once we have controlled the roach problem I recommend they remove everything from the cabinets and deep clean all the cabinets and everything in it but not before because a lot of the cleaners will damage the bait.
To kill the roaches that are inside the actual dishwasher all you actually need to do is run the dishwasher with the detergent it will kill them all you're really having a problem with the outside part of the door where they're hiding inside all the cracks and crevices you can put the bait along the door on the outside. To prevent them from getting inside is to make sure that that seal is good and the door clicks if you keep it closed they can't get inside the dishwasher
Dont have a infestation as far as im aware, but I got this a few weeks ago. Idk if there are possible bad batches, im not applying enough, or they're immune to it but i still see at least 1 or 2 roaches a day, sometimes more, and maybe some small ones. I have noticed also that i put some on a glue trap last night & this morning it was completely dried out. Any thoughts?
Keep in mind, that while this stuff is awesome, it does have a 1 year shelf life. So don’t buy more than you plan to use over the next year. It is still effective past the one year but it degrades over time, so 2-3 years later you may not get the same desired results. In addition, once applies they product is at maximum palatibility for roaches for about 2 weeks, maybe less. If you wait 3 months to apply again you are missing out on about 2 1/2 months of killing.
yes most baits active life span is only about 2 weeks however once roaches have eaten the bait you are relying on the horizontal transfer contact with excretions, necrophagy, emetophagy, one dead roach that eats the bait will continue to kill hundreds of others since indoxacarb is the only active on the market that is scientifically proven to have a tertiary kill effect. you cant get that from fipronil or any neonicotenoid. Plus you only apply baits if there are live roaches baits are not for preventive services for the same reason you described you need a live roach to eat it. in most apartment complexes we get the 90 days of control in individual units we treat. we dont just use gel. we treat voids with cimexa and seal, use avert dust in outlet voids, niban fine in voids and nibor d with IGR as a crack and crevice most people cannot do all this so baiting where roaches are found is good since roaches will travel 3 feet in any direction they are nesting. here is the science www.entm.purdue.edu/ants/pubs/18.pdf
wanted to say thank you for the great reply and the science article. I have read the summarized version before but not with so much detail. While i disagree with the 90 days of control on the baits alone, I can understand where your coming from when combined with multiple treatment techniques that by themselves hold a vastly longer residual effectiveness. In my experience treating with baits alone, gaining control with only quarterly applications never really works out. Monthly applications tend to take about 6-7 months to gain control, while bi-weekly treatments average about 8 treatments to get complete control (given that the bait is applied to all areas where activity is found). Personally, I use Drione dust on voids and outlets, Arilon (or Alpine WGS) for liquid treatments with either Nyguard IGR or preferably Tekko Pro IGR, followed by Advion Roach Gel or Vendetta Plus.. both yield fantastic results.
The instructions say 3-5 spots per ten linear feet. I'm not even sure what that means but it looks like you're putting it everywhere, in every cabinet. Is there a problem in putting down too much?
Anyone have any cleanup advice? I’m def seeing that the product works but I hate to leave dead roaches on my kitchen floor. About how long should I be seeing them dying there every morning/day?
Initially just vacuum them up if you want to give it 2 weeks and then reapply the bait again if it's a heavy infestation wait till the nymphs are born which could take as much as 30 days before you start seeing them reapply again after the third application you could do a deep clean of everything in the cabinets including removing all of the estimate eggs casings.

Treat first get the control, Caulking for German roaches is not useful since they can fit through a 1/16 crack
Great video!! I'm definitely going to try it!! I'm at the season where they say roaches are worse!!! I'd love to never see another one!!!
Thanks
Thank you Nellie for letting us know
It has helped up. I do recommend this to anybody that has cockroach problems.
Got this product from Amazon and the only roach I see now is Dead.. Thanks for the video.
Satisfied to try it here in Sharjah UAE. Best choice for an expecting mom like me with two kids. So convenient - Big thumbs up!
thank and congratulations on your addition to the family
I used 1 whole tube in a day. I must have been using too much then. I'm down to my last tube, I ordered the 4 pack. It is working, I have been using it for 3 days now and I see roaches coming up dead. I may have to order another package since I was not using it correctly my first time around. I started using the 3rd tube in cracks and on spec marks. Now that I know how to properly apply it, It should work a lot better than it is now.
I used many sprays. This should do the job. Now that you thoroughly explained . How to use the gel bait. Thank you.
Dang I put too many little drops in my kitchen 😅 I used a whole tube for my kitchen only. I just moved in two days ago and this is my first time having roaches in my home. I’m disgusted
How did it work for you? What is your honest review of the results?
Do I sweep up the dead ones?
Frank, great comments can’t wait to try thank you so much
Do you need to apply this product in every room of house or just the kitchen and bathrooms. I have already applied it in these areas and seen a major help but my concern is will they go to bedrooms where there's no treatment or will they just feed from the bathroom and kitchen and hallways that I've already treated. Btw great product with immediate results.
Why does it work so well compared to the other methods?
@@mathewtsillis2271update ?
So you said this will work even if the neighbors next door continue to be dirty and my landlord doesn't wanna deal with it, right? As long as I reapply every 3-4 months, I shouldn't have a problem?
Jose Gomez yes
How about behind the fridge.? That’s where I see the most. Thank you for the video
PLEASE help me
I would easily choose your company over a cheaper or bigger franchise BECAUSE of this video.
If you can...cheers
i have issues with them under appliances and back inside motor area of fridge, would it be safe in those areas?
Thank you Sooo much I should have watched this I used two tubes but I just want the Roaches gone!
Neighbors moved out and started seeing roaches within days. I think their move disturbed them. Going to use your tips to place the Advion tonight! My question is, should I clean their peppery droppings before I treat, or just leave it there so they can follow their own "trails"?

I wish I could find a similar product in Canada.

Could I apply a few drops on an index card and slip it under my stove and dishwasher?
In cases where the stove or fridge can't be moved to treat appropriately you can use some in a piece of wax paper rolled up and push it way back remove it in a week and reapply. Look at the Apartment roach demo I created for a complete treatment
This was great! Absolutely helpful.
@@ambreenburt6649 let me know how its been
I already sprayed some peppermint spray I made. How long should I wait to use the gel?
I recently bought this and just need to ask is it really a gel..? Because the one I got is like a paste and it's hard to even get it out. It's still good according to the expiration day but it's really hard. Also it smells bad?
It is a very runny gell and it should not smell
@@NaturepestNaturalPestControl thank you! I wrote to the seller and explained this. Yes it has my whole front of the house smelling very bad.
Should I remove everything from my cabinets before doing this? Also, do I put it inside the drawers where I keep utensils?
Is this stuff harmful to dogs?
After how many days should i start seeing positive results?
It depends on the level of infestation and if correct bait placement but roaches start to die 48 hours after ingesting gel bait.
Wow!This professional reading my mail, beautiful the way you explain everything that roach behaviour🪳 entails,🪳 they are coming out of my toaster, and stove.🪳 Thank you very much sir🤝
Let me ask you this , can you use too much? I did my apt and used 1 and 3/4 tubes. Im seeing less roaches and this is day 4.
The amount you can legally use is on the label it’ll tell you how many grams you can use by so many hundred square feet the tubes come measured in grams
Just out of curiosity, why not the line. I did that thinking it would entice them to feed.
Hi, the label permits for a small line, however, it is not necessary and wasteful, the secret is to apply it where the roach is going to go, you have to understand the biology of the roach to know its behavior, they can locate food just fine it just has to be in the right place its quality over quantity
I have sprayed all cracks and crevices with tempo can I still apply this product?
Can you use it for your refrigerator?
Can u use it in your car ?
Is there duplicate being sold on amazon? My gel doesn’t seem to work
@@kabitagurung8612 I recommend getting it from do myown.com because somebody could possibly sell a knock off or the product has been on the shelf too long.
After the first application, when should i apply it again?
It usually depends on the level of infestation for a minor infestation will wait 30 days and then come back and reapply again for a medium to heavy infestation we're going to do 14 days and if it's a really really heavy infestation we're going to come every seven days probably two times and then wait 30 days and come back again.
Thx for great vedio i been trying everything to get rid of these roaches my sister the one who suggested I get this product she said she got them after the tore a home down next door to she said after using this product seen a different in 24 hrs and they were all gone by the end of week
Applied beads all over our apartment and a month later we are still dealing with roaches. The beads dry out. Is it still actively working?
The product actively works for about 2 weeks the roaches are the ones that are responsible for transmitting that product but you're not supposed to put it all over the apartment here is the correct way to do it in the complete demo. th-cam.com/video/uwIO8KRsm1Q/w-d-xo.html
Perfect thanks from Germany
It's very helpful! I just had pest control and spray two days ago. When is the good time to use the Advion gel? Thanks!
Thank you so much for this video thank you for teaching us the right way to use it god bless you brother
My pleasure don't forget to look at the complete apartment roach demo that I created it tells you how to completely control German roaches
I enjoyed the video. Can you tell me if this product would get rid of the huge Florida roaches the palmettos? They're huge!
hi is this work in all type of cockroach
Good help.our house is infected with roach
Why can't we put it in a line? I have a bad infestation and I sought another video where they put it in the line and the roaches went right for it so what is the difference?
I just saw a big roach about size of 2 finger fly accross my face, where shud i put the gel to kill it
Do you wipe away all the old applications before reapplying every 3 months?
What if the roaches get into gel n then walk over your plates, silverware etc? Do we need to constantly wash our kitchenware before use?
I always recommend to all my clients that you wash your dishes while the process is going on once we have controlled the roach problem I recommend they remove everything from the cabinets and deep clean all the cabinets and everything in it but not before because a lot of the cleaners will damage the bait.
The ad I got before this was for HERSHEY’S KISSES!
(Yes, the “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” ad!)

I love it ordered alot learned alot from this video thank you
I also created the apartment roach demo video that is a complete demo from start to finish it covers all appliances and every part of that kitchen.
Also i have roaches inside my dishwasher, even while its run ing! How do i deal the gel for inside a dishwasher?
Watch the get rid of roaches video and all the videos in the German roaches playlist
How big was the tube
Thanks for posting, I've never done this before, big help.
