An inspiring gathering of veterans of disaster response, the "Old Timers" who've seen it all.
We paid tribute to those who have passed away since the last reunion, their legacy living on in the work we support and continue. The future of disaster response was also a highlight, with new leaders joining us to share their insights on the American Red Cross's evolving approach.
The closing banquet was particularly special as there was close to 1,000 years of collective experience represented in that room! It was a powerful reminder of the dedication and expertise that goes into helping communities in their time of need.
This reunion was a chance to connect, remember, and look forward - a powerful testament to the enduring spirit of the American Red Cross.
